They need servers!!! Empty tables and customers waiting to be seated because there’s not enough servers. The food was per usual(hit the spot)
Went in for a family dinner after a long day. Applebees is a staple, with consistent food and kid-friendly.
Friendly staff, good food, good drinks and clean inside.
Went here this weekend, the service was good. Unfortunately the tables were sticky and there were multiple flies landing on our food through out our meal. Within 24 hours I started experiencing horrible symptoms of food poisoning. Do not get the chicken. I called to report this to the restaurant was told the gm would call me around 330 and then never recieved a call. I do not recommend eating here.
Good food and. Service! Prices decent. Atmosphere was quiet.we were there ear,y afternoon. Great little bartender named Carolyn! Sweetheart!
Went here with our family for dinner 2/3/2024 5:30pm. Server was ok. Nothing bad but nothing great. Had to ask for refills when my cup was empty for awhile. My problem came with my dinner. I ordered the whiskey burger. When it came out it was on a cheap bun and not what it's supposed be on. When I say cheap it was the same as you would get in an 8 pack from Walmart for 2 dollars. See picture. Bottom bun was soaked in grease and flat as a pancake. I asked the server and she said they ran out. We'll ok fair enough but maybe you should have told me that when I ordered. On the way out I asked for a manager and she was even less helpful saying the same thing as the server and made no effort whatsoever to apologize or correct the situation. I guess we need to ask from now on if the meal I'm ordering will be prepared like the description in the menu. Pretty disappointing.
Ordered a 2 for 26 meal with my husband. Asked for Mac and cheese as a side. Wasn't told there's a six dollar upcharge for a 3oz portion of macaroni that tasted weird. Are y'all serious?? It wasn't an al la cart side added on, it was the side with my meal. Why tf was I charged six dollars for some macaroni that was borderline nasty??
If I could give ZERO I would.. absolutely horrible service.. NOT friendly what so ever. Employees just kept walking past us like they were busy. They weren't. Me and my family ordered a ton of food. You could tell some was microwaved.. chunks of plastic or some kind of foreign object was in my daughter in laws chicken wings. When I told and showed the manager he literally fingered her food. She spit the objects on the plate. There were food particles in my French onion soup and my sons ranch dip.. I could go on but I'd recommend chili's ???? over this Applebee's ANYDAY. Hopefully the health department gives them a little check.
I really want to like this restaurant, but every time we give it a try we're left disappointed! I see all these great ads for food and drink, and they make me want to give Applebee's another chance, which is exactly what happened tonight. I saw all you can eat boneless chicken wings, thought that sounded amazing, but now I'm just disgusted.
1. The highchair given to us was wet and had a completely black bottom, I'm not sure it mould, or just dirty, asked for a different one and they only have 2, the other one was already being used as well.
2. Waitress was very forgetful about drink refills (we had to ask several times for them) and the waitress had to ask several times what our next wing order was. She never removed any of the dirty dishes from the table, so we kept stacking them up.
3. My daughter ordered a kids meal with a side of broccoli, when her order came she had a total of three pieces of broccoli. I questioned the waitress if that was a full side she said yes. I couldn't believe this, so I spoke with the manager who informed me a child's side was 2 oz approximately, an adult's side is 4 oz and they just split it in half. The manager admitted that it's not actually measured they just "eyeball it". The broccoli side is advertised on the menu as being, 30 calories which is equivalent to 1 cup. This was upsetting because we did not receive what was advertised. The manager did offer to bring us more broccoli after the fact.
4. The kitchen and service was terrible slow
