Food was delicious as always, and everyone was very accommodating of my elderly grandmother giving us a table close to the door. Our server was wonderful and the manager stopped by as well to make sure we were taken care of. We got the classic combo, oriental chicken salad, a sirloin steak, four cheese mac and cheese with honey tenders, and fish and chips and everything tasted great. Wonderful meal with wonderful people!
If it wasn’t for Cynthia our time was wasted. Another server came as soon as we sat down and asked what we wanted. We said we’d need a few more minutes. She never came back so we ended up leaving her area and went to the bar.

Jose was our server last night and he was so personable and funny. We had just come from a comedy show and he kept the fun and laughs flowing. He treated us like we were friends. Not only was it an entertaining experience but he was also prompt and checked on us often. The food and drinks were great too. 5 stars!
Wonderful food at reasonable prices. What more can you ask for. I do not remember the servers name, but she was attentive and friendly. If you're looking for a place to stop for a quick lunch, give this place a shot. They did not disappoint. ???? Will most definitely be returning.
The hostesses were incredible; friendly, attentive and nice. We were greeted immediately and sat right away. Our server came by shortly after that and took our drink order. After the drinks arrived, we placed our food order but she seemed confused by what we were requesting even though it was simple. The kids food came out shortly after ordering and before the rest of the food, even though we didn’t request this. It was a nice thought but the adult meals took way, way longer so by the time we received the rest of our food, the kids were restless and ready to go. There really wasn’t any reason for the rest of the food to be so delayed. We ordered soup and salad and Three-Cheese Chicken Penne. The penne was lukewarm, almost as if it had been sitting there for a while. The waitress checked in once and the bartender was the one who delivered the adult food. When the waitress did check in, she completely disregarded my husband and would direct her questions to me, even if he already had answered. We also overheard the table behind us mention to the same waitress that the drinks they ordered hadn’t arrived and then she informed them that she forgot to place their drinks to the bar. Overall, not the greatest experience we’ve had at other locations.
Food was very good. I tried the text mex bowl with shrimp, guacamole,
tortilla chip strips, salad and rice.
Went for anniversary dinner on 10/23.....service was great but the 8 oz steak was overcooked and tough. The waitstaff is at the mercy of the cooks and often get trapped in the middle, not their fault....really the first bad meal we have had at this location. We'll give them an opportunity to make up for it in the future .
We have been coming to this Applebee's location for years and they always take care of you, even if the experience doesn't meet your standards. Last night our standards were met and exceeded by Jose, a young server who made us laugh and feel very welcomed. His humor and personality was great considering how young he was, he seemed very comfortable in his position and kept it professional while making it fun.
