Very helpful staff, as soon as we got here we felt very welcome and was greeted very nicely by a woman named Michelle. She was so kind and got us to a table right away gave us our menus brought us our drinks and we had our food within 5-10 minutes. Great service!! will definitely come again, Mikayla. was also very helpful too. Will definitely recommend to anyone, 10 out of 10. 10 star location Thanks for the wonderful evening and delicious dinner Applebee’s. See you next time :)
I try to be understanding of busy Fridays or any day that is busy as I know it can get crazy busy and chaotic. When we were seated it took a while for our waitress to take our order. She’d pass and say she had something else to do and would be back. We finally put in appetizers and a drink order and then she finally dropped off drinks but not enough straws. She said she would be back and so we waited and waited. Finally after a while and us discussing if we should just leave she came back with straws and walked away. Came back and finally took our order. At this point we’ve been here over half an hour and no food and only drinks. Appetizers finally come out which are lukewarm. Cheese for the pretzels has a minimal amount like it was an after thought. We are at an hour now or just about over and still no food. No refills on drinks. I would recommend avoiding here at all costs. We were hoping for a relaxing evening out to eat and have questioned multiple times why we haven’t just walked out.
Edit we finally have our food and we’d recommend steering clear of the Mac and cheese. All five of us tried it and agree that it tastes not right and is soaking in a bath of liquid which is not Mac n cheese. Burger is well done even though we asked for pink in it. We will also be leaving with no refills. Our server has refilled other tables but not ours. Our youngest even pointed out hers was empty and she has yet to fill it.
Edit: I was trying to work with Michelle the GM regarding this. I cannot reply back right away due to working full time and being in school. She has now stopped replying. So do not even bother because they do not care.
The menu is "ho-hum" "factory food". I had the chicken strips "platter" (two more strips than the plate) and wished I had opted for the plate. Thick overdone coating on the chicken and the meal was embellished with limp french fries. Twas truly a shame that a formerly creative dining establishment has fallen to such a mediocre cafe.
Been going here for several years now, not much has changed. It’s a hit or miss situation, depending on the service you get. Nothing new on menu, except now you get charged for extra ranch. The chicken wanton tacos weren’t all that great. Looks like they just prepared it as one big taco salad bowl. Just piled the toppings on top of all the tacos. Though the ranch is a bit watery. Still would come back.
Our server Justin at the Superstition location was very friendly attentive complimentary and just plain nice. He made our lunch that more enjoyable, thank u Justin. We will return. The big chicken strawberry salads we both had were generous and tasty. Coffee was fresh.
Restaurant was not busy. Hostess was away from the front. Took some time to greet us and seat us. Server was slow in greeting us at the table. Food came and had to ask for napkins and silverware. That took time also. Asked for togo boxes twice. Never got a refill on our waters. Will not return to this location.
If I could I would have gave the service a negative star I would have. The service sucked so bad, it took the server over ten minutes to even come to the table no greeting just you ready to order. Then when she brought our drinks out she just sat at the end of the table and walked off. Then after the food was delivered had to ask for knife. She never came back after the food was delivered had to ask another server for a refill on a drink and you would have thought you ask her to commit a crime. This is one location I will not return too.
Oh and top it off the picture that’s included show the amount of salt they put on one of my of my four pub pretzel.
Oh and on the way out three employees are at the front two talking to themselves and our server was sitting and on her phone.
We came for lunch about 1pm. The restaurant wasn't even half full but the waiting area was full. The hostess was too busy cleaning tables. Said it would be 5 minutes. 3 people walked out.
After 10 minutes e were seated then waited another 10 minutes to get a waiter. Finally after hailing one down, wanted to know if we had enough time to look at the menu. Took are order and yes the food was very good but we were seated in the bar area and the bartender didn't clean the bar until we were almost done. Our waiter proceeded to tell me he sent a waitress home cause she wasn't working fast enough but none of them were. I don't complain much but the service was terrible.
