So coming in to this chain restaurant, I wasn't expecting too much.
This location was clean and efficiently operated by host and waiters. The meals were good and the specials were of decent value. My ribs had two options; a sweet and a spicy. I tried them both and favored the spicy. The happy hour draft beer was large and ice cold! Definitely worth one extra star!
It was a very nice service from the waiter, but it’s not very nice to see a cockroach in our appetizers I don’t even wanna imagine what was in our dinner.
While visiting from out of state, we stopped to eat here as we love Applebee's. The host was super friendly. We got seated and ordered our drinks. One friends smoothie was sour tasting. When our food came out, my friend was given the wrong dressing for her salad. We didn't see the sever for a while and we were so hungry we just started eating. When the server finally came by she stated she realized she gave her the wrong dressing (she never apologized for this error). We ran out of drinks while eating. While we were waiting, we noticed the server being extremely friendly to everyone else but us. We will not be back here when we visit again.

Our server told us he would be right back. There were 8 tables total and he wasn’t the only server. 20 minutes later he came back for our drink order. No one else stopped to check on us to see if we needed anything during that time. We got our food 25 minutes later. He ran by once asking if everything was good and never asked if we needed refills. Our orders were correct and there was no problem with the food. I also witnessed a plate being served to a customer with sauce all over the underside edge of the plate. Glad I didn’t have anything to do with that.
I was the only person in my party. Waited 33mins to receive my drink, Waitress could barely read my coupon (which was clear and undamaged), while I was ordering she was talking and helping another table, she challenged me on what my coupon deal was and finally admitted she was wrong, alfredo pasta was subpar and lettuce on chicken sandwich was brown, top it all off FOUR gentlemen seated diagonal from me arrived much later ordered water and alcohol and received it in less than 10min ( was looking at my watch). This was the worst service I've ever received and this is my 1st and last visit to this establishment. Spoke to the manager and I hope he does something about the waitress. Out of respect I will not name the old woman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
Dear Apple WANNABEES, it is with great disappointment. I am forced to inform the public about this place.
When we arrived around three in the afternoon, there was no one in Applebee’s .We waited over an hour to get our burnt food, hamburger burnt bun, Burnt onion, Burnt Tanglers.
I personally spoke to the very very young manager, who didn’t seem to give a shit. I’m a food safety manager back home and this would not be acceptable to serve the BURNT unedible food to anyone in this environment.
. They told us they only had one cook no problem so we waited. You think the cook would have a little more pride and sending out food that was burnt
. So if you want to wait an hour for BAD service and BAD food, Apple WANNABEES is the place to BE!
Disappointing fish and chips were flavorless , coleslaw had no dressing. My partner had a hamburger and onion rings which were very good. Our waitress was excellent even though she was serving 1/2 the restaurant by herself. Food was slow coming out of the kitchen.
I went there with my granddaughter, a young teenager. She got a full price meal, I got a lunch. I was paying and presented my veteran's ID. They wouldn't give me the discount because they said my granddaughter wasn't military, even though I was paying. They said the discount is only for the person ordering and eating the food.
