I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the hair in the drink from the bar. The waiter brought the drink and watched the hair get pulled out and asked if we wanted another one made?! Nah, I wanna savor the flavor of dudes shampoo... ???? Other than that, the server was great, food was as to be expected and we did not find any more hairs, so that's always a bonus.
Kendra provided wonderful service taking care of us for Veterans dinner. Food was very food
Update for october 6th, waiter service was awful. We waited for over 30 minites for drink refils, they forgot my sides, and gave us the wrong fries. To top it off my chicken sandwich was soggy, they put the coleslaw on the bottom bun.. by the time i got it it was falling apart. This place has become so hit or miss im gonna say i would not reccomend comming here unless you are comming to the bar. I would not order food here.
Original review - waited till they sat us and got our drink order before telling us they didn't have over half of the items on the menu, awful experience, left immediately.
-UPDATE: owner reached out asked me to give it another chance and offered $20 off my next visit. In light of this I decided to give them exactly what they asked. Another chance.
I am currently in applebees watching my wife eat as my food and my appetizer was returned to the kitchen. My mozzarella sticks were cold ... the ones In the middle of the plate still (dare I say frozen).
My meal, i Told them no mushrooms. I
Watched my waiter correctly take my order and even had her repeat it back to me. She had it for sure correct. During my wait of already close to 40 Minutes at this point I witnessed a doordash driver come in for Mary. And be told it would be nearly 2 hours for the food. She unassigned her order (she no longer has the ability at this moment to take and deliver, or get paid for this order) immediately after she's unassigned the order they tried bringing it out to her. Shortly after my waiter brought my food. I let her know that it was wrong. When she took it back. The owner (Who called me to ask for another shot) came to the table he apologized profusely and admitted his kitchen staff had actually made the food wrong two times prior to me seeing it. I appreciate his honesty he came and made things right he fixed the mistakes and wanted me to know that it wasn't any one person. That they all made mistakes leading to what happened previously and today, that they can only do better with time. And he's right I'm not going to give it a 4 or 5 star YET but I will give it many more chances. They are fixing issues and even late. I got my food and it was the best it's ever been. I can see the hustle in here. The energy is better and I will be back.

The food was great and our waitress was super-friendly, helpful, and attentive! And I loved the music they were playing - mostly semi-obscure (or at least not ridiculously overplayed) 80s songs. If only they actually had Pibb Extra like the menu says they do, it would have been perfect.
Ordered French Onion soup the mozzarella cheese wasn't even melted on the soup. I could stick my finger in the soup and it wasn't even warm I sent it back and it came out with my meal and it was just warm the mozzarella cheese still wasn't melted. My last time I'll be going there.
Went in there with my family today. While we're eating some young punk that works there with shaggy hair he's a host not sure his name comes over cussing at us remind you we had kids a 4 year old a 7 year old a 9 year old an 12 an 15. After cussing at us. We had words he then goes get manager. The bill should had been on them an the biggest issue is that they didn't even fire the lil boy. So guess u can treat customers how ever u won't. What's this world coming to ......
This place is very hit or miss. When it's good, it is great, but too many times it has been awful and even unsafe to eat. Twice now we've gotten burgers that are raw inside. We've gotten nachos that taste stale or have meat so dry it is just a crumbled and burnt mess. Chicken that smells like wet dog. All this tells me is that the food safety practices are not evenly enforced and I don't feel safe letting my children or any of my family eat here any longer. I'm attaching pictures of the latest raw burger we got which was so raw in the middle, it was still wet and cold.
Got there at 4:10 and wanted to get out in less than an hour cause we had to be at work at 5. Not many cars in parking lot and not many folks in restaurant. Stood at reception for several minutes. Saw the bartender and a waitress visiting at the bar. The lady who came to welcome us had been sitting at a table in the bar with several people. We got seated and watched as waiter and waitress walked by. I wanted to leave but my wife said to calm down. We got our menus and ordered our food. There were at least two tables who came after us and got their drinks before we did. Got our food and were happy with the burgers. They were hot and good. I think the shift change was the problem. Our waiter was good and the food was good. It just took way too long. We were there an hour for burgers. Took too long.
