Worst experience ever. Went for Happy Hour. we sat at a table at the bar, but no server ever came over. 2 people came in and sat at the bar, and they were greeted immediately. So we moved to the bar, and we were greeted by the bartender. I didn't care for the Happy Hour wine, so I looked at the regular menu to see my options. There are no drink prices on the menu for alcohol, non-alcohol, and wine. I asked the bartender how much a few wines would be, and she replied oh I would have to ring them in one at a time. She gave me a couple of prices, I then asked if I could taste the Cabernet and was told I have to go ask the manager. She came and said no. I asked for the manager, which took over 20 minutes for him to appear. I asked why there were no drink prices for any drinks on the menu, and his reply was prices change, so we don't list them. We ordered the Brew Pub Loaded Waffle Fries, and while they tasted good, they were not loaded. There were more plain fries on the plate, the fries covered in cheese, so I asked for cheese and was told oh I have to ring that up. Again, I had to ask for the manager. Our check came withh full price appetizer which should have been 50% off. The bar itself was extremely sticky. Fruit flies flying all over the place. Not sure how this place is still in business.
Amazing food! My whole family enjoyed it! Only down side the server only came once to give food lol. And on top of that didn't even bring out our dessert, my kids didn't even want it by the time it was "almost" done.
Ms Ella is extremely attentive. She told us all about the new drinks and confirmed our food. Made sure we were happy with everything. The best bar/ server !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Food Was delicious came out quick, fresh and hot. Jasmine was absolutely pleasant. She made sure that our food came out on time and checked on us without us even having to wait for her. The atmosphere is great will definitely be back
I had the pleasure of being served by Anne at Applebee's, and I have to say, her customer service was exceptional. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and was quick to ensure we had everything we needed. Throughout our meal, she was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, checking in just the right amount to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our food. Her cordial nature made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that Anne takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her guests. Highly recommend requesting her if you’re visiting!
Carmen was our server, she was wonderful very attentive and we got extremely great service from her. We got our drink refills quickly and efficiently and our food came out delicious and hot. Serving so she brought us to boxes that we can enjoy tomorrow. We are very, very happy with our time here tonight.

From the moment we were seated, Jen greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that set the tone for our meal. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed.

Paloma was our server tonight and she was fantastic. This is our favorite Applebees because the service in this facility is awesome. The managers are caring and interacting with all of the customers. Usually we request Jennifer and Jasmine and they even know our usual orders. We have to add Paloma to our rotation of servers. I love the atmosphere in here, its always clean and welcoming too.
