Best WLM Reviews
Amazing staff at the pick up area. I could tell my order was being prepared still when I got there and the woman was extremely kind and apologized for the short wait. It looked like she had a lot going on back there and still managed to have a good attitude. She definitely deserves a raise.
We had lunch at this location after having a bad experience at the Elmore location after the general manager offered to make up the bad experience to us. I’m glad we gave them a second chance. Michelle our waitress was fantastic. She was also working as the hostess of that moment and also was very attentive even though she was the only one in that area. I will be visiting this location again unfortunately unfortunately the original visit we had at Elmore was not good, but at least I know we can come here and get treated well and also the food was good.
It was a Saturday night so it was busy as to to be expected. The wait staff was friendly and we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Our waitress had knowledge of the menu and gave us suggestions. The food was hot and delicious when it arrived. It didn’t take too long for it to get to our table. We tried the $5 sips and both were good.
Me and three others went here for lunch at 1pm Thursday the Aug 29th. Wasn't busy but waited 10 minutes to be seated hardly anyone in the restaurant we got our drinks and food in a reasonable amount of time. However the burgers were dripping grease and for some reason they were late on the fries there was salsa chips on the floor that everyone was walking on the silverware had dried food on them and our waitress looked like she was about to collapse. I ordered medium well done burger and it was raw inside the grease on my burger and two friends burgers was awful. How can it be this bad after just opened at 11am? This Applebee's on Kimberly use to be so much better than this.
We usually get Tara as our waitress, and she always make sure we have everything we need each time. This last time Tyler helped me when my meal came out mildly displeasing and fixed it immediately.
Staff: the staff got our order right. Made sure there was plenty of silverware and packaged right.
Building: the building is clean and seems taken care of.
Food: was amazing. We ordered food to go and it was hot when we opened it up at home.
5 stars: getting food home and being hot was key to this rating.

Most often use Carside to Go. Food usually prepared well. Please fix your text message link notifying you that I have arrived to pick up my order, as it hasn't worked for over a year. I have to call the restaurant to get them to bring out my order, which defeats the purpose especially when I get put on hold.
Food was great and service was amazing, Tara was great and we always have a good time. Tyler also fixed any issues that we have ever had.
