The food is very good and customer service too. The place is nice and comfy. I will visit this place again for sure. Highly recommended for couples or families and children.
This Applebees is great! Staff was friendly, service was fast, everything overall was great. We had a variety of things, food was good. In line with what I expected for Applebees. Their fries an mashed potatoes are great and have been for years!
Mediocrity has reached its peak. This place is an absolute dump. I’d hate to see what the kitchen looks like. We were sat by a window and could feel the cold draft of an October. The floors were filthy, so were the tables, and the restrooms looked straight out of a horror movie. It’s very clear they’ve let this place go to hell. If they cared at all they’d give this place a complete remodel. Restroom floor were sticky, toilets stained. My wife decided to not even use the restroom. I feel for those that don’t know any better. The food, at least, was typical Applebees quality. Not great, not terrible. Edible. I’d highly suggest you go elsewhere until they get this clown show together.

I would say if wingstop is a 10, the boneless wings are an 8.5. Garlic parm was my favorite, then extra hot, (its not hot at all), then asian chili, then honey pepper. They were crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Ribs were not it, flavor was smoky which was nice but the pieces are so strange its like a spine ???? 4/10
Shrimp tasted fried to order, was nice and crispy and super hot, just more like those small shrimp fried rice shrimp so 6/10
Service was great, food came out constantly & our server Krista? Christa? (Im so sorry i forgot ????) was amazing! Super attentive & always checked up on us, made sure to put in orders constantly, she was great!! One of the best servers ive experienced in a long while. Super welcoming as well. Thank you so much!
Let's face it, a favorite pastime is enjoy eating out, and for no special reason.
I enjoyed my new chicken ranch burger special. The fires were crispy and hot, and my chicken was savory and evey bite utterly delicious.
I sat at the bar and the 2 servers were great, never had to ask for a refill on my drink
I enjoyed the Yankees clinching the ALE division.

Ordered the combo platter for an appetizer, the fiesta chicken, the broccoli and chicken Alfredo and a side of garlic potato’s. Everything came out at the same time. Only the Alfredo was hot. The potato’s were cold along with the rice and everything on the combo platter. Will not recommend coming here. Oh and ordered a water with no Lemon and received 3 lemons in my water. The rice was also dry.
The food was good, but our table was dirty and the staff was so annoying. Some other waitress kept coming over and telling us and other people that our waitress was in training so she was “just checking on us.” The girl in training was not doing anything wrong, we literally wouldn’t have even known she was in training if not for the other waitress pointing it out repeatedly. We heard the people behind us awkwardly go “okay?” when they were told their waitress was new, which is about how we felt. On top of that when we came in some guy told us about a pancake fundraiser they’re having for a local kid, and then just 20 minutes after that some random girl we hadn’t seen before comes over and starts telling us about it again. So I straight up tell her that we were already told about this fundraiser - And she still continues to go on about it! She tells us that she’s not even a waitress but they’re having a competition over who can get the most people to donate to the kid, and says she’s “winning.” We’re both kinda just like ‘alright, good for you.’ But she keeps going, saying how they “want the best” for the kid, etc etc. THEN she wanted to talk about the piercings me and my cousin had/what she wanted to get. Both of us just wanted to be left alone to eat our food lol. You’d think saying “we were told about that when we came in” woulda been enough to get her to leave. It wasn’t!
Then when we were ready for the check they all were suddenly not around. Finally the lady who was supposedly training the newer one came and asked if we wanted dessert or the check. We said “just the check, please”, she says “okay.” About five minutes later THAT SAME WOMAN who just asked us that comes back with the trainee and says “are you guys ready for the check?” ??? We assumed she was getting the check and that’s where she was since she just asked that. Nope, she apparently asked if we wanted it and then forgot/didn’t actually listen to our answer? ????♀️
I can cope with wait staff asking if your food is okay, but people wouldn’t leave us alone for even a few minutes. You should not need to sit through entire lectures from multiple people on top of being “checked on” just to eat a meal - Especially when one of those is just a random person trying to guilt you into donating money. It was so obnoxious that we wanted to not tip at all, but we left $5. We will go to a different location if we ever do an Applebees dinner again. Today it was between Olive Garden and here for my cousin’s birthday, and we definitely felt like we chose wrong. Like ironically, only the one who was being trained did good. We were not bothered by her at all. I think her name was Jaden.
The food is good always, service is good even when short staffed, but my only and biggest problem was the bathroom. I get there 30 minutes after open and the men’s bathroom smells strongly of urine. The floors were dry, sinks were too so my guess is the mop isn’t being used correctly and bleach isn’t a factory. That’s terrible. Guys can be pics but right after open ? The stall walls, the walls, the floors need cleaned correctly. And if that’s the bathroom your employees use, why isn’t nothing done about it ????. Makes you wonder the sanitation standard in the kitchen.
