Went for my Mom and Aunt's birthday. Our waitress was awesome. She was attentive and friendly. The problem was the burger. Both my husband and myself requested medium but both were very well done, almost too hard to eat. We didn't send them because it took so long just to get the food. Not sure we'll go back to this Applebee's.
We came to celebrate Veteran's Day. For veterans, there was a special menu, and they received a free meal. Needles to say, it was very busy. We had a 45-minute wait. Was it worth it? That's hard to say. We started with the loaded waffle fries, which disappeared quickly. We had both ordered steak, and they were OK. Cooked to order was a plus, yet the taste was lackluster. Our server was not on top of his game. We waited 15 minutes for drinks. He did not check on us until we were finishing up. As I said, they were extremely busy. They were nice enough to give us a card for $5 of our next meal within the next 3 weeks. We appreciated that they honored our service members with a free meal.
Decided to go out with my family after church and we chose Applebees since we haven’t been there in a while. The waiter, Vincent, was very helpful! He was going above and beyond making sure we had all our food and if we needed anything else like refills and what not. We were surprised and more than satisfied with the service we received from him because although he was running around and serving other tables, he didn’t let the stress get to him and he still helped us no matter what. I honestly see Vincent doing big things with the awesome attitude he has. He definitely deserves a raise and we will always request him to be our server whenever we go back again. Everything was a 100/10! Definitely recommend!
Love the food and atmosphere, I been coming here for about 11 years.i also know Luis he is a great bartender, management I know most of them they treat me great. All Managers are very respectful and professional, I enjoy being here withy friend's. looking forward for more years enjoying at this location.
I ordered takeout today with car side pick up and was greeted immediately by Christopher with exceptional service all around!!! I arrived super early and he was so attentive when he didn’t need to be! He was great! Great personality all around.
The waitress was very nice, very nice atmosphere but the food was less than average, I could have made it better at home. But I promised the wife an all day date and she chose to eat here. My hamburger buns were burnt on one side and not touched on the other, don't know how that happens. Food just seemed microwaved or warmed up too quickly and unevenly. I would only come back if my wife wanted to, but I'm definitely checking my food next time and sending it back to the Kitchen if it comes the way it did on this visit.
Bartenders were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Kailee was helpful, I just had major dental surgery and couldn't chew on my food. She remade my food as soft as possible. The manager Omar was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The wait was an hour.
We watched a very over served lady, practically get carried out of the restaurant by her companion, she couldn't stand by herself, and they helped her into the driver's seat!!!
We alerted staff and they came up with a lame excuse. Saying she had a broke ankle. Was served only one drink.
No way. That lady was drunk! Very drunk!
We watched as she slowly backed out and took a right out of the parking lot onto Shaw.
