The service was terrible. I started by asking for tea with lemon, but the tea arrived without the lemon. It was a simple mistake and an easy fix, so I didn’t think much of it initially. However, things quickly went downhill from there.
The server asked if I was ready to order, and I replied, “No, ma’am,” to which she said she’d give me a few minutes. Twenty minutes later, she still hadn’t returned to take my order. I looked around for her but couldn’t find her anywhere. A little bit later she comes back to the bar.
Despite the poor service, I decided to stay because I was really looking forward to the Impossible Burger. Otherwise, I would have left. Throughout my wait, she never brought silverware or napkins. When she finally came back, she asked if I was ready to order, and I said yes. At that point, I also expressed that I would appreciate better service, especially since she seemed to be standing at the bar and wasn’t busy with other customers.
Her response caught me completely off guard. She claimed she hadn’t served me earlier because I was on my phone. This was a first for me—I was actively handling business while trying to grab a bite to eat. Her comment was unnecessary and unprofessional.
This experience was frustrating, to say the least, and I don’t plan to return anytime soon unless issues are fixed.
New remodel?? how about new & improved services? We had a very long travel day all we wanted to do was have a simple date night. It took over an hour just to get our single appetizer and we never got our holiday drinks. We didn’t even get our order taken. Walked out in tears ????
I haven’t been to an Applebees in years, as all the ones near me are closed. It’s nice to see a busy Applebees with good food! Party of 5 seated right away and we all ordered various drinks, appetizers and entrees. Quick wait times for the food and no food complaints.
I placed an online order and I do not remember specifying a time slot but when I pulled up it said order will be ready at 530pm. I arrived at 5:04pm. Called to let them know I arrived and she came out and said they haven't even starting making my order. So 5:30 came around no one still hadn't brought food out. It was 6:41 pm by now so I called back to check on order. Then they brought it out 2 min later. Food was fresh and good but they didn't look that busy only like 6 cars were in parking lot. Not sure why I had to wait so long for food order.
We sat at table 83 IT HAD MOLD ON THE LAMP!! We told the manager and our sever no one seemed to care. Our sever was great but we will definitely not be back. If the lamp that’s right above the table is covered in mold and in plain sight and no one seems to care what else in that location is being overlooked. DISGUSTING

The service and food were wonderful! My husband was especially impressed by the fact that an iced tea spoon was brought with his iced tea.
Our server Lauren and manager Brittany were very attentive! I overheard them taking rapid care of a table next to us whose steak was grisly. Within minutes a new steak was served and the guests were very pleased.
I also had steak (6oz sirloin) which was so delicious!

I'd like to share my interesting XP:
1- Hostess was acting all hormonal, it's not my fault the cycle is not fun
2- Waitress "Mack" was very nice and hospitable, she went above and beyond to ensure we had an A* service, thank you for your time & effort ????
3- Food:
A) Onion Soup 1/10
I wish Gordon Ramsey was here with us to try it, in other words, if your dog tries it, he'll probably drop a big fat deuce on your bed as a way of saying thanks
B) Chicken Wonton ???? 6/10
Taste buds act differently, you might give it a higher or lower rating but it's definitely not bad
C) Neighborhood Burger 6/10
Beef patties were cooked nicely and adequately
Fries on the other hand are as salty as the sky is blue, if you got high blood pressure, you might wanna up the dose of your meds before coming here
D) Broccoli Chicken Alfredo 3/10
The 3 is all Chicken which was cooked properly
As far the pasta sauce goes, your first remark would be that it's so creamy but hella bland, and where's Alfredo! No where to be found unfortunately. Lastly the Broccoli was steamed and then thrown on top of the pasta as if it belongs there in the blend, pure disappointment...
To summarize, I feel that wasting $65 is just not worth it out here in this joint, maybe if I had smoked a joint prior it would've been a little different lol
Overall pretty good service. We were seated soon as we got in. Drinks and order taken quickly. Salmon and green beans were delicious. I heard the chicken was really good. Fries were seasoned really good.
