Best WLM Reviews

Stopped in for a bite with my son before a movie. We both got the all-you-can-eat boneless wings and they were delicious ????. I ate the garlic parmesan while my son tried two different barbecue ones. Our waitress Kacie was the real sweetheart.
Steak tasted spoiled. Ribs were cold. Colder then room temperature. Boneless wings burnt to popcorn. Long islands are not made with brown liquor. Server checked on us only 3xs 1 for drinks 2nd when I asked for a box. 3rd to bring food. I know why there's no more Applebee's left. Here a pic of my nasty Boneless wings.
It's been a while out to eat, and we chose an old stand-by Applebee's. Bad choice.
My bride had the medium-done bacon cheese burger with an up-charge ($3.99) order of onion rings while I had the 8 Oz. medium rare Bourbon steak with grilled onions and mushrooms and well-done fries. At least, that's what we asked for...
While waiting, I noticed my fork had food still attached to a tine from the previous diner. When the waiter came back with the order, I asked for a new one. That was the last I was to see of any fork, except my bride's, that she so generously gave me.
Her burger was "fine" but had any semblance of moisture grilled out of it. Not so for my well-done fries, which were just on the warm side of frozen. The steak was tender, and the mushrooms/onions acceptable, I was alarmed at the pool of oil remaining on the plate afterward. EEEWWW.
Applebee's has been around a long time, but maybe they need to look at their business model and do some work on presentation. And food quality. And staff morale.
First and most importantly Kayla our server was outstanding.
We went and my 8yr old ordered a kids meal of chicken tenders with bbq sauce. When my child put their plate down the sauce fell all over their lap. This generally would just be a messy clean up except the sauce was HOT. The inner parts of their thigh were aggravated, red and burned. The waitress immediately got towels and cold ones for her to clean up and did the right thing by getting her manager involved, and she was outstanding. Except when the manager came over he asked if we needed burn spray while I'm actively cleaning up my child and assessing the situation. Once cleaned up I returned to the table and had to clean up the mess in the booth so we could sit down again the waitress checked on us in the restroom and apologized and made sure we were taken care of so I didn't expect her to clean the booth when she was with us. I got my child situated and my other children were eating. Right when I finally was able to move my plate in front of me the manager came back over and offered my child a new drink, and a dessert. While I understand this was a gesture of goodwill it was not the time they had not started to eat yet. Also he asked them directly and sweets weren't an option at that point. He then asked me how my food was clearly untouched. I asked for the bill and a box. He took off my child's meal from the bill.
Honestly if I never had to speak with the manager my experience would be rated higher. He was invasive, not helpful, and while he tried to be sympathetic it was not a positive experience.
Accidents happen but sauce served to a child should not burn the skin, his first reaction shouldn't have been burn spray but to help assess the situation. Kayla was the saving grace in the entire experience.
On top of this after we left the restaurant we had to return for a forgotten item and a new family was seated at the booth. The item was still at the table, covered in sauce and so was the poor lady who had to retrieve it. So needless to say they did not properly clean up the remaining mess of sauce at the booth before they sat someone there.
The chicken salad was delicious. They overcooked my steak (asked for medium and got well done, just glad it was not raw) and the french fries were mushy (that was what I was looking forward too. The waiter was nice, and was attentive though was honest about having a rough night. We were incredibly understanding in the wait time. Overall, the experience was good. The women who were in Front of House were quick in seating people, amd making sure the tables were clean.
My wife and were greeting immediately upon arrival on a Sunday afternoon.. Our Server Josh was very attentive. Food was good, a little pricey but still had great service. Would definitely come back again.
The place and our table were very dirty. Our server made us feel we were an inconvenience. We ended up with just an appetizer and a drink and left. I used to rate Apple Bees as a pretty up standing streak house but I won't go back.
It started off great, delicious appetizer, and salad. Everyone's meal was great, except for mine, I order ribs, and I was horribly disappointed, there was more sauce on them than meat, never again ordering that, but at the end, my card got declined, falsely, as well as other peoples... they need to fix that, it was embarrassing, and the waiter was not very good didnt come to check on the table much... you want ranch? That will cost you extra!
