The food was ok and the atmosphere is what I would expect for applebees. Our server was not very attentive. We had to keep stopping her to get service.
Went to this restaurant on Veterans Day, hoping to enjoy a meal with my daughter and granddaughters. Took over an hour to get our food, and it was cold when it arrived. Cold to the point where it was inedible. At least the granddaughters' pizza and mozzarella sticks were warm. They offered to remake it, but we didn't feel like waiting another hour, so they took those meals off the tab.
The manager was visiting tables and giving veterans and giving the $5 gift cards. I got an extra $5 gift card for waiting over an hour and still not eating. AND the manager wasn't even professional enough to come to the table himself. He had the server deliver them.
Definitely didn't make for a pleasant Veterans Day meal!
The food was good, however the cheese dip for the beer pub pretzels I ordered was cold when it came out, despite the pretzels themselves being of appropriate temperature. The restaurant was not busy at all, only a couple tables occupied, but there were a few tables that had been left uncleaned piled with dirty dishes the whole time I was there (approximately 1 hour). The waitress was very inattentive and absent. I had to ask for drink refills and leftover boxes after waiting far too long to be checked on.
It was a very subpar visit today. Ordered the 2 for $26, which means I get an appetizer. Got a basket of fries for the kids as well. Food came out timely, but I never got my appetizer nor our side of fries. I'm very disappointed with how our service was. Asked about my app. so they ended up bringing that, but it was cold of course.
We had a family dinner here and we were pretty disappointed at the food quality for the baby back ribs, and the mac n cheese. The Macaroni tasted like the kind you make from a box, but a little more blah. You could tell it wasn’t freshly made. Almost like it was made earlier in the day and reheated. My 5 year old would hardly eat it. The baby back ribs were SO dry! We asked the server if the ribs were usually this dry, he looked at it and said “no not usually, I’m not sure what happened with those” we requested additional BBQ sauce in hopes of making it taste better, it definitely wasn’t cooked or prepared right. The server didn’t address the problem or offer a new plate, or even a discount. Needless to say, we won’t be returning customers.
Food was mosy good. Service was acceptable. We noticed as we were leaving there was lots of bits and pieces of food all over the floor arround and under all the tables. They were somewhat busy but still.
The particular weekend we went, we actually were there 3 times in as many days becauae it was right next to the hotel where we stayed for seeing the 'fluffy' showing there in Kennewick WA.
We really liked the alcoholic drinks we got, and each got one the 3 times we went. The first time my drink was great, all mixed, and even had the gummy fruit pieces in it. The 2nd and 3rd time, it didn't have that at all and the third time, my drink had very little ice in it and there was like probably 95% alcohal and like 5% juice. In fact, the juice wasnt even mixed in. I took a few sips and instantly the sweetness was gone and all that was left was the horrendous taste of pure alcohal; was extremely strong and I didn't even finish it;in fact it began to upset my stomach.
When the food was served, it didn't look appealing at all. After taking a bite, the taste was far from what I imagined. Each ingredient seemed to be doing its own thing without blending into a wonderful flavor. It was overall very average.
I was at this location earlier today (10/12/2024), customer service was great and servers were attentive. BUT THE MANAGER running that restaurant had a purple shirt that day sitting behind me talking to another customer at a table and was rudely staring at me. I was with my partner that day sharing a story and he comes to notice the manager just staring at me from behind. That made me extremely uncomfortable because not only was he staring but also giving me the grossest look and made me feel awkward in that restaurant. I will not be going back to that specific location because that manager isn’t trained well enough. He shouldn’t make customers feel uncomfortable by staring at them so weirdly and in a gross way, he needs to mind his business as it’s his job to make customers feel welcomed.
