We had a good experience here. The food is on par with your typical Applebee's. We had great service though, and we overheard another table who ordered ribs and then found out they were out, and the manager came out and talked to them and took really good care of the table. Overall, a positive experience.
Likely not going back…our waiter was awesome and the food was good, but overall disappointing. There were a maximum of 10 other tables with 4 people or fewer each seated while we were there, with 4 staff on the floor (including the bartender to be fair)…after being told that the draft beer I ordered was out of stock two different times for two different beers, it finally arrived 40 minutes after we were seated (and in a bottle, not a draft, despite the menu listing the exact opposite). Food took 1 hr, 15 min to arrive (ordered when the waiter first approached us right after being seated). The table was also sticky, menus were dirty, seat cushion was ripped, and bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired.
There seems to be massive inefficiencies…all the staff we interacted with were friendly and seemed to be trying hard, but this place definitely missed the mark.
Mandy M. was my waitress and she was FANTASTIC! Super sweet personality and made sure I had everything I needed.
My food was good. I had the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer, and the tomato bisque (which Mandy made sure was just the right temp before bringing out) with a Caesar salad for my main course.
Our meal was very good, order came out perfect. Our waitress did a good job, she was very pleasant and polite. There was a Lil wait on our food, but not long.
We got a new server, only been working a week or 2, the place was dead, maybe 10 people total.
There was a complication (misunderstanding) with my order, so my other half ate alone, while I waited for my food to be remade.
By the time I got my food, the mashed potatoes were cold. She was done eating and then had to wait for me to finish eating.
By the time it was said and done, I figured they would comp the bill. To offer me to come back to do a better review.
The manager commented that she would be ok with a bad review, than to offer us to come back.
All and all, not a very good experience.
I think the food is serviceable. The plates look good on the menu and even sound good, but taste is lacking. For positives, the service is great. The staff is nice and accommodating. It's a good place to watch sports. They have a great bar. Overall, you kinda know what youyr getting with Applebee's.
Pretty much all around good. Kudos to my waitress kaisyn. She worked many tables at the same time and was perfect. Ps...food came out fast
We were going to eat here but after standing at the door for almost 10 minutes we over heard the hostess tell the people in front of us that they would not be seated for atleat 20 minutes. I stepped up and asked if that included us, a table for 2. He said yes it was because the food board in the kitchen was backed up. Understand there were plenty of empty tables and booths to seat all who were waiting. We left and ate at another establishment in town. Do not know that we will be back anytime soon.
