This location is very welcoming and all the staff were hard-working and friendly! The food was decent and a good deal for the price. The only downfall is the cleanliness - the carpets were really stained and there was a bit of a musty smell. They could definitely be due for a building upgrade but otherwise, good experience.
First off I feel I should share that it is Vetrans Day and they are busy, our waitress was great but.... we came in got seated in a decent time got our drinks and ordered our food all in a matter of give or take 10-15min. We sat and watches 4 couple who sat down after us eat and leave before we even got our food. By this time it has been close to an hour. We finally get our food and mine was cold so I sent it back. My husband and son both ate theirs as I was still waiting on mine we asked to talk to the manager. Applebee's please do better on picking who you have in charge of your establishment she was RUDE!! She had attitude we told her our problem then went to another employee behind us and we could here her loudly complaining to them about us. Yes, we were unhappy we waited patiently for over an hour to get our food for me not to even eat it there and take it home so my family didn't have to wait on me. Maybe next time instead of complaining about us talk to your staff find out where or what the disconnect was and fix the issue so the next patron does not have the same experience we did!
We like going to this restaurant. Sadly, this time, the food was not hot. Still tasted okay, though, but my chips were a bit chewy. The server was very nice but didn't check back with us. The smoothie was uperb.
This location always disappoints. I always give it another chance however our food had hair in it this is now the second time and I understand mistakes happen but I can’t help but to loose my appetite when I find hair in my food.
Great experience at this Applebee's. Food was awesome and gluten-free. Service was great. Definitely will be back :)
The place is dated, and there was an objectionable odor throughout the restaurant. We mentioned it to the hostess, and she said she thought it was coming from another business.
I ate and didn't get sick, so there is that. Our waitress was great, food is average bar food.
My friends and I sat at the bar but didn't get offered a drink or menu until 15 minutes after. We all ordered food at the same time, but my food came out 15 minutes before theirs. Which was lame. The bartender himself was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're ready to eat.
Sophia R was our waitress and she was BEYOND fantastic. She went over and above in EVERY way, even taking the time to interact with our little one. The food was good but we will be back for Sophia!
