My daughter and I dined at Applebee's for her birthday dinner, and everything was amazing. From the moment we were greeted by our hostess it was a dining experience to remember. Our server, Bri, was genuinely friendly, and took the time to help us with our dinner order. The food was excellent, including our dessert.
Great service always at this Applebees! We always sit in the bar area, as the bartender Merissa is such an attentive server and has such a pleasant personality! If we ever had an issue, Merissa takes care of it immediately and with a smile. We have frequent group get togethers at this Bees, as the space works well and service is great! Thanks, Sonora!
I came to have lunch with my daughter and grand daughter. I ordered a prime rib dip with fries and it was so disappointing, the fries were not fresh and my sandwich was definitely not prime rib and was not good . My daughter had a southwest chicken bowl which looked good and she said was good but was very dry as there was no dressing. My grand daughter had chicken strips they were good. Our service was terrible, she never checked on us or asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. I had to wave her down and ask. I also asked for fresh fries which she brought. The only time she seemed to care was when it came time to drop off the check and run my card. I would like to add that there was no silverware or napkins had to ask , we weren't the only ones to ask. The restaurant wasn't busy so there should be no excuse for sub par food and service I will never go back.
Went to Applebee's on Halloween after trick or treating. The waiter was really good. My Whiskey Bacon Burger however was not. It had very little bacon with what looked like pieces of onion ring and a piece of cheese. I was expecting a decent burger with a whiskey barbecue flavor. I got a plain tasting dry burger with no flavor for $19. It would have been nice to have gotten a decent burger after spending over $200 on a family dinner.
My husband and I came in for appetizers on our lunch break. I don't know what happened to this place. Cheese on spinach dip was burnt to a crisp. That kind of cheese tastes horrible when it's burned. The pretzel bread was also way overdone. Dark brown with some salt stuck to the side. The pub cheese was cold and was like glue when it came out. The food looked horrible but the server still brought it out and set it down. I ate as much as I could and didn't complain. I avoid wasting food or sending things back. I used to enjoy this location but won't be back to spend $50 on 4 of the worst appetizers I've ever been served.
We chose the 2 for $27 deal. Two entrees and a side. Great Deal! Staff is very attentive. Also our server Stephanie is the BEST. Very personable and wants us to be happy with our choices.
Service was very quick. The food was great. There was only one downfall which was our cole slaw was frozen for some reason. But they immediately replaced it with a different side , hassle free. Over all the service was amazing! We were a group of 10 and for being such a large group they were able to bring out our food quickly.
Went in today around 2pm with my partner and our two kid's. Restaurant was very clean and it was quiet. Not many customers but the wait staff and our waitress (Stephanie) were extremely nice! The food was excellent. Had not been to an Applebee's in over 8 year's until today we decided to drive an hour to this location and we weren't disappointed. Will return ????
