Ordered chicken cheese fries and barely enough cheese to feed a mouse.
Chicken and shrimp dinner came out with raw shrimp.
Waitress "Jessie" did not even inquire if we were satisfied with our food.
Not a fun night at applebees. ????
If you guys come here in the evening definitely ask for Hannah super sweet and patient. I came in 20 minutes before they closed i know I hate being that last min person but I'm prego and needed a steak. Very kind didn't rush me or seemed upset I came in so late. Her service is like a 12/10.
After you have been to another location and completely different state and environment I have definitely seen better elsewhere. The food did not meet expectations. My daughter's corn dog was burnt but they were polite and exchanged it for something else. Our server was nice but very quiet. The environment was just overall unsettling and quiet. Bathrooms weren't clean at all. Spiderwebs and all in the stalls.
Will definitely not be visiting here again.
Dependable but not exceptional. The food is decent (dishes such as the rice bowls have the potential to be VERY good but the heavy handed seasonings tend to overpower quite a few of these selections). Cocktails are variable (possibly depends on the expertise of the bartender): tried the People's Margararita and it WAS pretty darn tasty. Attentive and courteous service at this location.
The service was great. Food was hit or miss. The onion rings and the motrozella sticks were really good. But my noodles hardy had any sauce in it, so it was dry. My salad was pretty good. Husband got a steak with both his sides Broccoli (they charged him for, if we knew that would have gotten something else). The steak was good but much rarer than he asked for. My sons burger was pretty plain and dry.
It was alright. We hadn't been to Applebee's before, and we might return if they get better deals. Little pricey for what we ate.
The bartender on Friday night was awesome, she rocked. The manager was great as well. Both these ladies deserve some praise as well as a raise. The three servers and the bartender were were killing it.
If I could leave no stars I would!!! My family and I went to this location and sat there for about 20 min just waiting on drinks to come. After we finally received our drinks we ordered 2 side salads and a loaded chicken and bacon Fries. Along with our food which were supposed to be our appetizers. We waited another 45 mins before our side salads finally came out. Customers who came in after us had received their entree meal before we even got our salads. Very Disappointing and no apology whatsoever. Needless to say we left there and decided to eat somewhere else.
Not satisfied with my order management didn't take care of me to my satisfactory do this salad look like the picture on their app the last picture is on their app the part that messed me up the worst I told the manager I'm in dialysis and that's the reason why I'm about to sell it I'm at dialysis for 8hrs. I get put on at 8:00 and I get off at 4:00 in the morning no sympathy whatsoever
