Was there today and completely disappointed and won’t be back ! I never send food back but I ordered ribs and they were like charcoal completely burnt I even tried to just eat it and it was horrible I asked to have them remade and packed to go, got home and I think they just repacked the first ones I sent back unless they horribly burnt them again . $23 meal that’s unacceptable they are not edible smh rock hard this is pathetic. Complete loss of money. Mind you our bill was 100 and we tipped 30 . Btw the waitress was great ik was not her fault !
I've been to Applebee’s many times, but my wife and I decided to have an impromptu Saturday afternoon date. Craving some finger food and a couple of drinks, we chose the Applebee’s in Wyomissing. The place wasn’t busy when we arrived around 12:30 or 1:00 pm, so we took seats at the bar where Whitney served us. She was friendly, attentive, and made fantastic drinks! My wife ordered a Bahama Mama and loved it—it was so good she finished it quickly. The place was clean, and the music was great. Since we live nearby, we’ll definitely be going back again soon.

The exclusive raspberry Mt Dew was a fun novelty, but I don't need to get it again. The wonton tacos were a nice small meal, they were delightfully light and crispy and not at all greasy.
Went to dinner. I had the fiesta lime chicken. Hostess that seated us was very attentive. Saw I was in a wheelchair and went out of her way to make sure I had an accessible table (table 29 if interested)
Our server was excellent. Chicken itself was not bad. I'd order again
Gotta say I haven't always had the best experiences at Applebee's, but this one was exceptional. I ordered a bacon burger. The server asked if I wanted pink or no pink and I said pink, very, lots of pink...pink pink pink. Got my burger and it was not well done, but it sure wasn't pink. The server took it back and a manager brought me a new one. It was much more pink, and I was satisfied, but the server thought it should have been more pink, so she gave me a card for a free appetizer next visit. It had delicious flavor. And I never complained. She then gave us a watermelon lemonade to go as well as a survey and her boss's card to let him know of our experience.
Our waiter and waitress were both fabulous! When one wasnt checking on us the other one was. Hilarious part was when they each brought a bill to us lol. I wish we would have been recording this! The whole team was fabulous and gave us much needed laughs!
Recent Trip 6/9/24.... Our waitress was friendly, always smiling, girl! She was doing her best. The kitchen on the other hand must have been having some issues. Our Combo Platter appetizer did not get the wings, we got those after someone from the kitchen brought out our salads.
Then we got our entrees, my sirloin was good, but the shrimp was cold, my child ordered breadsticks, which did not come. We got told they would be out shortly, which didn't come until out waitress came to check on things, and we got told she didn't know why. So those ended up being to go as we had all finished our food.
They were nice enough to take off the breadstivks for us, and replaced it with dessert. We normally do not have issues. But, for some unfortunate reason the kitchen was not on top of it like they normally are, and it was not even that busy compared to other times we were in there.
I will give them another shot, but I may just have stop for awhile until hopefully things get fixed. I admit, I did not take pictures today
The food is delicious!! My favorite are the ribs????. The only bad thing I would say is they need bigger portions because at the end of the meal I’m still hungry. I suggest that they can make each size portions of ribs bigger pleasee and thank you.
Very good experience. With restaurants opening back up for inside dining we were a little reluctant. The staff was very good with wearing masks and gloves during the entire meal. There was plastic and cardboard dividers between all touching booths/tables. Silverware comes in a plastic bag so it is not directly touched after being washed. The menu was smaller but still had a great selection.
