The $6.99 lunch special was surprisingly good and $1 Brownie and Ice Cream concluded our lunch perfectly.
Our server Ashili is friendly and lovely.
Excellent Food and Service..Came in to watch the game and for Cajun Chicken and Shrimp plus Happy Hour Long Island Teas.. Excellent and Drinks forget about it..I will be back..
Our waitress Timber was great ????
She was very cordial and friendly. I have had some bad experiences here and it took me a year to come back and try again
I had the pleasure of meeting Timber and I hope you appreciate her. She is very valuable at Applebee's.
Adonis was the waitress and was so extremely rude. She got upset when asked for a bowl again when asked already. Then acted like it was a problem to get us 2 boxes to go. My mom said thank you and she walked of and said "yeah" with her back to us. Then when trying to check out she wasn't around so i asked the bartender and he had to have her for her card and she wanted to get an attitude and say well are you ready now? I said yes we have been ready but you weren't around. She yell at me, "I was just there". I explained she was helping another table and walked off before I could ask. I told her she didn't have to be so rude she has been the whole time. She said I know for a fact 100% I was not rude but whatever. I told her look just check me out and we can leave. She runs my card and doesn't give me a receipt ( and I didn't think about at the time) and says and "I don't need your $2!" I said you know what I wasn't leaving you a tip anyways. Then I asked to speak to the manager. Upon speaking to her she even acknowledged that the waitress is known to have attitude and even another customer said she has been like that as long as she has worked there. Oh and when the other table came in at 1140 she asked are you guys getting a to go order and they said no dine in. She got very irritated and walked off which was right beside us and said well now I'm gonna be later getting out of here having to deal with this. I called to speak to the head manger who was supposed to be there the next day according to the night manager and it was the night manager yet again saying or she isn't here yet I forgot I was coming back in but I promise it has been addressed. How when you know how she is and nothing has been done. They lost a customer due to service and I know they can't afford to lose customers!
Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant! Stood at the door waiting to be seated for 20 minutes then once seated we waited over 30 minutes for someone to take our drink order. It took them almost 2 hours to get our food out and it was cold when we got it! They were not busy at all at the time so idk what was taking so long.
The food was delicious. The drink specials are a great price and they tasted great as well. We ordered the ribs, a steak, a burger, and half priced appetizers. Mozz sticks, spinach dip with chips, and chicken quesadillas.
We ordered spinach and artichoke dip and there weren't any artichokes in it and it was watered down. The 4 cheese Mac and cheese was Alfredo sauce, not Mac and cheese. Totally disappointed. Also silverware was dirty, it looks like they need to clean out their dishwasher.
This Applebee's needs to be closed! The restaurant was filthy. In the hallway to the bathrooms it smelled of urine. The bathrooms were filthy. Floors had dirt on them, the baby changer and the sinks had stains on them. There were only two waitresses for the whole restaurant and one of them was her first day. Tables were not bussed. I saw a waitress take napkins and wipe off a table rather than a wet cloth. When we got our food she forgot silverware and napkins. When she returned she only had one knife. She said she would get us another... they were being cleaned. She never brought another knife. The carpet was filthy. In the waiting area there was an empty can of Cayman Jack Margarita on the floor. Three ladies two tables down from us ended up leaving before ordering. The food was ok but I felt like I needed to take a shower after leaving.
