Came in to get dinner around 6:30 tonight. Food was amazing. Our server did amazing! However, the host kept coming up to our table and would not leave us alone. Come to find out it was the manager. I think she was on something.... there was no structure to whatever she was saying......I believe the name was Kate.
Was not the best experience. The wait staff were all sitting at a table off and on discussing personal stuff. Plates are never cleared from the table when you finish. Staff will literally walk by empty handed when it would take them a second to clear a plate or refill beverages.
When asked for more water the waiter told me they were dropping that (table behind us) bill then going to get it. The waiter was borderline hostile. Never smiled, had no personality, and obviously did not like their job. There were at least 4 wait staff working and tables were left dirty.
I have to agree with the other reviews the bathrooms are not clean.
Tristan made the whole experience!! The food was delicious, but when you go to a restaurant after a long day at work, great service is always appreciated! Not only was she quick to get to us once we were seated, but she kept our drinks full and checked on us often. She had a great personality and SMILED!! Best meal/ service we've at had at Applees in a long time! Ask for Tristan! You will not be disappointed!!
Went here to eat with my dad and his girlfriend tonight and it was lovely food was amazing and our server Cody was an amazing sweetheart if I could give the service 10 stars I would.
Smell in the restaurant was horrible but the bathroom is literally the worst smell I have ever smelled urine all over the floor and walls. The steak came cold to the touch and the ribs came charcoal burnt. Waitress did fine but you could hear in her voice that she was embarrassed to work here.
Food was cold, broccoli chicken Alfredo tasted and looked like noodles in water…3 of my family members got that meal and maybe took 3 bites each. The server was great but the food was awful.
Service was excellent but I can’t say the same for the food.. yuck. my food wasn’t even hot, it was barely warm like it had been sitting for a while. Tasted so extremely salty I couldn’t even finish it. Mashed potatoes were the only thing that was decent. Even the drinks were nasty. Couldn’t order tea because they said it’s coming out nasty, soda was flat. Love our server Ashley, she was very sweet she’s really amazing. But not going back here again.
I had Cajon blackened salmon and the wife had a sirloin. My mashed potatoes were only room temperature and the broccoli was overcooked. The fish was ok.
To be fair my wife liked her meal very much.
