Order 1/2 ribs. The menu said it comes with fries and coleslaw. When it came out, it only had the fries, no coleslaw. I asked about the coleslaw. The guy looked at me, paused for a few seconds and said We are out of coleslaw. Funny they did not mention that in the beginning or ask if I wanted a substitute. Plus the ribs were cold and dry. I will not be back. I wish I could say something good but can't. Wait I can...the Pepsi tasted like Pepsi.
I ordered a Lotta bacon burger tonight and the cook( who I found out his name is nick) made literally the best burger I have had in my whole life. My server was named kaely and she took great care of me and also the manager is the best!!! Made me feel welcome :)
Bad management, come by to greet my table and blame my server for being "less than optimal" while the sever was more than polite and we were understanding of the fact that they where busy. With the food being hot and and tasty I will say the cooks are great, but I think it was Jayme who came to our table and yaped about our sever being bad, while they were great. That Jayme lady need to revaluate her goals

Who served steak and potatoes without gravy? ???? I've been told it is a corporate decision on what is served on the menu. Corporate needs to allow local managers some leeway to accommodate local tastes.
Yes, I understand it is Veterans Day, but we waited over 45 minutes for our food that was ordered before the rush came in. Our pasta was overcooked, rubbery and cold. The chicken strips were overcooked and hard to eat, the mashed potatoes were pastey. Our waitress took our order but never returned. We talked to Jimmy and he had our order remade to go. We also talked to GM Jamie White. She informed us that if we didn't like the chicken strips, don't order it again. She was rude and hateful and told jimmy to just give the whole meal for free and stomped off. We watched how she was disrespectful to her employees, yelling at them. A gentleman and his son cleaned off their spot at the bar after being set there. We usually go to this Applebees one to two times a month and have never been treated this way. As long as she is your GM, we will not be going back. We haven't had this bad of service ever at this location.
Just leaving here. Well staffed. Good service. Food was prompt. Manager came around and checked on everyone. Seriously, well run place.
We went there this past wknd. We are new to the area so I naturally read the reviews and was hesitant to go but glad we gave them a chance. Our waiter was friendly, funny and efficient. We placed our orders, one for the sirloin and one for ribs. We felt that we had waited a sufficient amount of time when the wait staff returned saying there were no ribs. That wasn't his fault, the staff in the back should have informed him. We had to start over with that order so my husband ordered a sirloin as well. Other than his fries being luke warm, both steaks were very good and cooked to order. Our waiter was apologetic for the situation. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. Overall, a good experience and we will be back.
Ate here with a large group in the evening. We had a short wait time and great service. The food was good and what you expect from this restaurant chain. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, the sun was setting and very bright to some of us, the noticed and improvised to ensure we had a good experience.
