….rarely has going to this location turned out well for me! I went home with a plate full of food because my waitress lied on me!
We were never given small plates when our appetizers came out and she never wrote down our order on a notepad. I watched as my party’s entrees came out from the kitchen, but mine never came. She feigned confusion as to why I didn’t have my food, and after “checking” to see why it hadn’t arrived, she came back to ask what I ordered. Seems like she forgot to put my food in! By the time my order came out, everyone at my table had finished eating, so we asked for the manager. The manager told us that our waitress said she never put my food in because I was “indecisive” about what I wanted to order…which was a whole lie because I told her exactly what I wanted! I knew what I was going to eat before even arriving at the restaurant, so hearing this was a huge slap in the face. Why not just say that you forgot to put my order in? Lying on the customer is never okay. The manager did take my food off the receipt which was nice, but I was ridiculously upset after this.
She also charged us for our refills which was unheard of! I won’t be back!!!!!!

Stopped in after a difficult visit to the Center for Advanced Medicine across the street. I was maxed out, stress-wise and pain-wise. I don't remember what my main course was, but I know I had their blondie on a hot skillet with ice cream for dessert, and it actually did make me feel a little better. Incredibly kind waiter. Very good service.
Good food, good service and good management. The thermostat read 81 degrees both times we ate here and r&b/hip hop is what’s played for background music so just be prepared for the atmosphere. ????????
In town for business. Decided to visit for dinner.
Was sat right away then waited for over 20 minutes until I left. No one came to even take a drink order.
Place was fairly empty and a handful of staff and what appeared to be the manager were all gathered together in the dining room laughing and having a good time ignoring customers. And this place is right across from the hospital. They must get a fair amount of business.
Such a shame with all the other food choices in the area.
Experience of 10/2/24 approximately 6 PM. Hostess and waitress very friendly. Food excellent— chicken sandwich and chicken and shrimp meal— service fantastic and very clean establishment.
However, the main reason for this review is to commend the general manager, Kevin Cline and a worker by the name of Andre. Two very distinct and meaningful to us sweatshirts were left that night and not discovered immediately missing until Friday morning.
Double Tree personnel looked for them with a person from Applebee’s with no luck. In my heart I knew there were good people working there so called Saturday afternoon and explained to GM what had happened. After a very brief hold he told me yes they were there and would ship back.
Thank you Andre for finding them and trying to locate us and to Kevin who will see we get them back.
I cannot recommend enough the staff of this establishment.
Good place to stop in after a visit to the Center for Advanced Medicine. However, I thought I could get there by walking the third floor walkway to the hotel but learned there were locked doors and access only to guests. I had a steak and mashed potatoes and broccoli and enjoyed it.
Honestly, I had a 8 Oz steak I asked for medium it was well done. The only thing that was good was the mozzarella sticks. Even though I wasn’t happy with my steak I just dipped it in the steak sauce. Who ever the chef is needs to learn how to cook a steak properly. Because the steak was well done and dry as the dessert. 100% don’t recommend this place.
Haven't visited this location in a few years, but after Doordashing an order a few weeks ago( freshly, and properly prepared to my surprise due to it being a delivery order, I felt as if I was sitting in the restaurant.) I kept it in mind to sit down and go have lunch. Customer service was excellent! Our waiter Suriyya, who was fairly new, was accompanied by Amyjia. They did a fantastic job teaming to accommodate all customer including ourselves, who chose to sit outdoors for the view. Patio was nice, and clean with a beautiful scenery. Perfect outing for some alone time with my son.????
