My wife and I enjoyed our dinner on a Wednesday night. Seated immediately and received great service the rest of the dinner from our server Raven. My dinner, pictured, was delicious. Hot honey grilled chicken. It came out sizzling with mushrooms, onions and bacon. That sauce was excellent!! We will continue to eat here and ask for Raven.
There was no wait should of been our first clue. Appetizer never came. Holiday Pinacoloda Drinks were horrible. No alcohol and had a plastic flavor. The order was wrong . Waitress didn't bring sauces.She
was Confused ????. We haven't been there for like 8 years because it was so bad. Had family in for holidays all of our favorite restaurants were full. Thought well it had to be better by now it's still here. Nope!!! Never again.???? Awful . McDonald's would've been so much better!
I’m reaching out about our visit. We don’t go to Applebee’s very often, but have been really considering it lately, decided to make a trip to Fremont location. Our waitress was very nice, but we had many issues tonight. I had to have my meal remade, since I had asked for grilled(not breaded chicken) which was a bummer. However, the fries were cold, I splurged to get appetizers… but the pretzels were very dark like burnt. The queso tasted like gravy for some reason and was watery. I asked for my refills for drinks. I am mostly disappointed with partly food quality, but also service. I wasn’t told about the Christmas gift cards promotion. Towards the end I mentioned that to a lady, she had no idea what I was talking about. You’re supposedly supposed to get $5 certificate if it’s not mentioned. It’s odd the employee didn’t know. Anyways, I had asked for a substitute sauce for the appetizer, she didn’t mention it would be extra and I’m not sure why that wouldn’t have been discussed. I wasn’t impressed unfortunately! I don’t recommend going here!
Great customer service, our waitress was very friendly I like their chicken bowls and salads there.
This is a big national chain. Nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. Menu items are typical meal items you'll see national. Food is nothing special and OK. Service seems a little slow, took a while to get seated. Had the ribs, good value for the portion you receive. Good location with plenty of free parking. Restrooms are well maintained.
Service was great. Food was gross, but that's expected. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because our card was charged for OF (quite a bit of money) a couple hours after we left. We haven't used that card elsewhere in ages. No proof so I could very well be wrong, but suspicious indeed. Will not return. Use cash.
We didn't wait long to be seated,and they were very accommodating to give us a table rather than a booth for our party. We had a good waiter named frankie. But when we got our food the steaks were room temperature while mash potatoes and veggies were hot. My soup was actually cold. They did hear my soup up right away when we told them. There was a mix up with the bills,but our waiter fixed it no problem!
If I could I would give our waitress a -5. The waitress was very mean to us when I was I pointed out what I was wanting and she marked me down for something else which was not even on the side that I was on so when the food comes I was wondering why it was different than what I asked for and she was rude to me and said that I wanted something else then what I pointed at so my bill was higher than what I was expecting. Then when I asked her about it she was very mean so I asked her to remove the price so when she leaves the table and wakes away I looked over and seen that she was rolling her head and her eyes at me. Then she got the manager to take off the price.
