Went for AYCE shrimp, riblets, wings. Shrim pexcellent, Honey bbq wings good but weird cut of meat. Asian Thai? chili ribs way too hot.

Our server Lori was great. Polite, personable, prompt.
Worth the trip and cost.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We waited at the table for 1 hour and 15 minutes (on a Tuesday night), and no food was served—not even the appetizer. Our order was simple: 1 appetizer, 2 entrées, and 2 kids’ meals. After the long wait, we had to cancel everything. On top of that, it took 25 minutes just to get our drinks, which were only water and a Coke. Absolutely unacceptable. Never going back.
Our server was friendly and the food was acceptable. That is the only positive comment I have about the experience.
The service was incredibly slow, when the food finally arrived we had to wait approximately fifteen minutes for cutlery after previously asking another employee. I also had to ask numerous times for a single refill of my beverage.
The staff with the exception of our server had abysmal and not very welcoming demeanors.
The food was very salty. The two things that were good and I recommend is the $1.00 zombie drinks and the wonton tacos was the best
Went to enjoy this establishments' gracious complimentary veterans meal. The bar had room to sit, so no waiting for a table, which is always a plus. I didn't get water for a long time for some reason, while others who sat after me were on their 3rd beer. Of course, there was no meal I could eat on the menu since I don't eat meat, fried foods, nor dairy, as with 90% of the veterans' meals offered on that day, but I adore the comradery.
Haley was Awesome! She know her stuff.. She check on me consistently. Reason why I choose Applebee's they have close our Applebee's in Jackson, TN. So it was good to have a Applebee's right next door to the hotel I was staying. I did have one hiccup, but the visiting manager Lauren took care of my needs. We did have a short conversation. She even share her condolences cause I was here in GA for a funeral. That made be feeling so good. I appreciate her too the fullest. The bartender Tina made me the special drink for $5 It was Delicious ????...
I have been to this establishment in the past and loved it every single time, but it has been a few years yesterday I took my family to this establishment, and I first asked the host for booth and which I saw a booth sitting in a nice spot but he took us all the way close to the bathroom Also, we were sitting next to a big family with couple of them coughing, and a couple behind us that were talking about jail and what they would do if they had to go back the waitress was very nice but when she brought our appetizers, we asked for wontons and they had no sauce Available then my two year-old got a cheese, pizza and strawberries with yogurt they brought out just a yogurt and said they had no strawberries available then my lemonade was horrible and they did not bring us no forks unless I asked. I left a tip because I know she works off the tips, but I will never go back to that establishment and also the prices were too high for two adults one teenager and a baby $101 too high because Chili’s only charge me $70 for roughly the same type of meals.
Janice Citizen the manager is amazing she gets it. This is what makes me come back to this Applebee's. Miranda was amazing too. She was on time, great service, and great people. Let me be clear, as a customer that's what is important. Thank you for these two amazing people..
