Multiple times myself and others that have gotten food from here together have had problems with getting hamburger meat not fully cooked. I know that I specified in every way I could, and yet I still get very pink hamburger. When this happens almost every time i get food from here, definitely makes me not want to. Who wants to order take out and then have to cook food that should have already been cooked?
Honestly, I don't usually go to Applebee's as it's not really my type of food, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Lettuce-wrapped burger was amazing. It was like a smash burger with crispy edges and melty cheese. Service was perfect. Drinks always full, food came out for all of us at the right time and all the orders were correct. Well done!
honestly this location is the worst I've ever been to. there is ALWAYS something wrong with the food. this time (and last time, but i clearly did not learn my lesson since i ordered again) the issue was that the cooks like to microwave $30 steaks.. but the hosts and servers are usually nice and helpful. just don't order the steak, currently taking 2 whole ribeyes to my dogs. would you have eaten this green steak? disgusting and unacceptable.
My experience at this particular Applebee's was pretty good. I feel like my particular server was rude and condescending. But the other servers were helpful and the host was great. The food was quite excellent. One of the best Applebee's I've been to as far as the food goes. We had the prime rib dip sandwich and it was fantastic
Terrible service. Nobody offered menus. The table next to us finished and left. The next couple got menus before us.got appetizers before us. We finally got appetizers AFTER the 2nd couple got served.
Bartender was rude…the one with the French braid. She was too busy laughing it up with the people sitting at the bar to acknowledge us and when she did it was NOT with a smile but a look of annoyance.
Oh my God where do I start with this disaster of a to-go order? Both steaks were wrong, including one having shrimp when shrimp wasn't requested, and when the other steak (the bigger one) did request it, it came with all this other stuff that WAS NOT requested. My 4 cheese chicken penne never comes with enough alfredo, so I always order extra, which costs $2, and what do I get? A container not even a quarter full of alfredo. Paying $2 for THAT? SERIOUSLY?! And then the raspberry iced tea, usually great, but this time was watered down and tasted like the syrup expired or something. Just gross and couldn't drink it. I think the only thing they got right was the dessert and the mozzarella sticks, though they almost forgot the sticks. Just a terrible experience all around. Such a shame; when we usually go, it's a lot better than this.
I didn't really get started on this whole reviewing thing until this last year. I've been going to this Applebee's almost once every event I have out here for the last couple of years. So I'm certain I'm at 4+ visits and finally reviewing.
I have been very satisfied with every visit. The wait time was low, the food was great, the servers were amazing, the price wasn't bad, the atmosphere was low lit and enjoyable, and I will continue to try and attend here at least once a year minimum when out at my event.
2 for 25 menu is great option. They have 2 for 26, 28 and 32 bucks deals.
I can’t say wow incredible value meals but nowdays good prices and not bad meal with friends and family.
