The tomato bisque soup was all right but we’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and some shrimp. We had to get it to go so we weren’t able to enjoy it. If we stayed to eat the food that we still haven’t gotten, we’d miss the 9:40 movie time for Trap.
The restaurant was maybe 35-40% capacity? What would happen if they were actually busy?
I don’t know if the cooks are high or what is going on but damn.
The server she was awesome and we love her. Tattooed lady. Did great.
Kelly was a great servier /bartender. Very friendly busy girl but still was on top of all the drinks
Soup and salad were good, waitress said the sweet tea was really sweet because she put the whole 5lb bag of sugar in the 5 gallon drink container, then later told us that is how they were told to make it. REALLY!!? It wasn't sweet, it was deadly!
Pleasant atmosphere, wasn't busy, no towels in the rest rooms.
Kya was our waitress and she was super sweet! Very attentive and we were really happy with her service. If she’s here when we come back, we will definitely personally request her if possible!
Love the food ! The ribs are awesome! I do not like the bbq so I order them naked. Kelly is a great server, very attentive, and also friendly. She also keeps our glasses filled. Thank you for hiring such a good worker.
Went there Saturday 12.21.24. Was sat fairly quick, but then we sat and waited for abot 20 minutes. Another couple was sat about 15 minutes after us and when the waitress came over she immediately went to the newest couple and started taking thier order. At that point we found out that a couple had been sat prior to us had not been seen by the waitress yet either. I have no idea how long they were there, but the guy was visably shocked that the waitress completely skipped all of us. Needless to say, we gathered our belongings and left, since we could see what the service was going to be like that night. The waitress never even made an attempt to apologize to either of us but simply said oh, when we told her she skipped us and continued on taking the last couples orders. Not very many restraunts in Summersville as it is, but most likely one less that i will spend my money in or even recommend. Was the first time I had seen this particular waitress, but at this point I would rather make the drive to Fayetteville.
My wife & I came here and it was an absolute train wreck and disappointment. We came in, were seated fairly quickly. We ordered some drinks and placed our food order. We ordered the appetizer sampler to share.
When our food came, there was a hair laying across the cheese sticks. We asked them to take it back and have it remade because not only was it only a little un appetizing, but just kinda wigged us out from eating off that plate. The waitress took it back, and said she would order us a new sampler.(This is where the unthinkable happens)
Before we asked for it to be sent back my wife moved a chip to the opposite side of the plate ( a trick we learned in the city, when sending something back to insure they didn’t give you the same dish)
When the waitress brings us our “new” sampler. IT’S THE SAME DISH. The chip was in the same spot, all they did was replace ONE cheese stick.
“How do you know they replaced only one?” You ask. Well, the ENTIRE dish was almost ice cold except the one new hairless cheese stick. And not to mention, it generally takes about 10-15 minutes for the wings to be made, and we received the “new” dish about 7 minutes after sending it back.
They took it off our bill, and we still had to pay for our drinks. Which honestly didn’t even seem right. We spent a grand total of nearly an hour and a half waiting for our food that we never got to have, and you couldn’t give a discount for wasting our time.
This place is very untrustworthy, and disappointing, and overall disgusting.
The food was good, as it almost always is. And our server, Tonya, was super friendly & very attentive. An overall enjoyable experience!
