Pretty basic American ambient. I recommend it for a casual, relaxed and super kid friendly environment but with a sport o bar atmosphere. Food is ok. What stands out is their service and cleanliness. Also they open late so that’s also a plus.
Everything was great.... Until the bartender told us to change our conversation because she didn't like it, even though others were not bothered by it not was the bar are out surrounding area filled. Even though we had good vibes! But besides that it was great!
I think the experience was a one off because I've dined here before and it was great. This time our beverages weren't brought until the end of the meal. No one checked back at all~service was abysmal.
Salmon over cooked, extremely dry, no flavor; broccoli microwaved no taste, mashed potatoes taste like poorly made instant no flavor, no seasoning. Awful. Can't possible have a cook on premises. Everything tasted out of a box or instant. Super disappointing.
Came here last night to unwind get something to eat and have a drink .... The waitress was kind of rude and not very friendly from the gate. We ordered margaritas then ordered food. The waitress brought us our drinks but she brought them out in the shakers and handed us our glasses I sat confused for a minute cause since when do we pour our own drinks? We ordered our food then proceeded to drink our drinks when we realized all we received was margarita mix (tasted like straight up margarita mix) we waved the waitress down to ask for another shot to add to our drink she rudely told us she couldn't serve us a shot but did not explain why. My husband went to the bar to ask and the bartender told us that because the margarita was a double shot (which it wasn't) that she couldn't serve us a double shot. We politely asked for our check, asked to cancel our order paid and left. The place we went to served us an ACTUAL margarita!
This is now the 3rd time my order has been messed up. I've ordered online and confirmed my order at checkout, but when I show up, they've got a completely different menu item for me. If my order got mixed up with someone else's that arrived at the same time, I would almost understand, but each of the times I'm referencing, I was the only person there picking up food. I've also had to wait 15+ minutes before anyone came to see what I was there for.
This is so sad. I've literally never had a worse experience at an Applebees. I went there for my birthday for happy hour before we went out hoping for a quick, fun, affordable meal and drinks but unfortunately it took them half an hour to come and ask us for our order, then got our order wrong when he came back along with forgetting our drink order. Our waiter, Francisco, continuously made comments about us and seemed as if we were exhausting. When it came time to get our checks, they were all wrong, and even though we stated at the beginning that we would be on separate checks he was very annoyed about it. Then got our checks wrong after taking 20 minutes to come back with them, and then 20 more minutes to fix them and then 15 minutes to charge them. We got to the restaurant at 9:15 and left at 10:50 for apps and 1 drink. The waiter also commented that "it wasn't his fault, no one wanted to serve us" like what does that mean?? Anyways, I would not recommend!
This place has always been my go to happy hour for quick cheap grub. The chicken wings are my favorite although it is no longer part of the HH.
Service is always quick and friendly. Will keep coming back.
