The food was excellent. The server was not; she kept talking to a lady at another table and didnt stop back to ck on us. It was freezing inside. I would still go back because I love their food.
I would like to add that our second visit was much different. We had a great waitress. We both ordered the same dish and she suggested a 2for that included an appetizer. As usual, the good was fantastic.
Had a wonderful evening there, the mozzarella sticks were totally on par, the food came out quick, and my burger was suspiciously perfect to my liking. Honestly felt like a custom experience! Well done guys, I will definitely be coming back for some of them fries too! :)
Also the server was as sweet as a sugar cube too!
I am sooooo impressed with our service here! They were witty, upbeat, and extremely pleasant! Hunter showed us to our booth, and James was our server! They were wonderful! James suggested the bourbon steak and wow, packed with flavor! It was sooo good. My husband had the chicken Ceasar salad....delightful! The appetizers were very flavorful too! We will be back
We liked our waitress. She was a blast to talk to. Our dinner was ok. What made it better is we were there with friends. Would have been nice to have wipes for hands because we had BBQ ribs. lol But luckily our friends had brought some because they had two little ones with them so adorable too. ????
A nice restaurant in the Ludington area.
Came here with a small group. Service was good overall. Bar was a bit busy so drinks took a bit but waitress was very nice and communicated about it. So no biggie.
The food was surprisingly decent. I have not had Applebee's in quite a long time. Maybe 10+ years and I don't remember good things. I would say the food was average overall.
The pasta on the Mac and cheese was overcooked but the sauce was good.
The sauce on the chicken was good but the size of the chicken was pretty small.
The steaks were undercooked which for me is great but others are the table prefer a medium well steak ( I say this one is the chef not wanting to ruin a good steak)
The salads were good, the mixed drinks were good.
Overall a pleasant experience. The food was just ok but the drinks and service were great.
I am normally not the one to write a review but we came for late night appetizers tonight!
We had Haley R as our server, as soon as we sat down she walks up to the table & says “what do you want for drinks” with an attitude, not a “hi, how are you doing tonight.” When she took our food order she had an attitude the whole time & not once looked up from her note pad.
We gave her the benefit of the doubt because everyone has a day.
Our food finally came & she did not check on us once for any refills or if we wanted any extra food.
At the end of our dinner we sat & waited & waited for her to come around to ask if we wanted anything else or our will. We had to go up to the host stand to ask for someone to go find her to get our bill & then we told us she was sorry for the delay, because she had a bloody nose.. for a whole hour & 15 minutes we were there….. I’m not thinking so…
Overall, I just think this was the worst service experience we’ve had at Applebees & we go here a lot!
We stopped for a quick bite. Ordered the CLASSIC APPETIZER PLATE. Split it! Yummmm food was fresh, hot. The Asian dipping sauce can catch you off guard. Spicy but good
Bowl of chicken tortilla soup was half full, barely warm. Ordered grilled chicken salad, was served breaded chicken instead. Took nearly 15 minutes to “fix” check at the end of meal (why wasn’t this fixed before our meal was done?). Was told it took TWO managers to fix the bill. Total incompetence. Didn’t leave tip. Will never eat there again. Terrible.
