Best WLM Reviews
Had wrapped up dinner nearby and wanted to have another drink or two on a Saturday night. They are open until 1am. So- we decided to give it a go.
We got a round of Margaritas. Worth every penny. We also got the pretzel with cheese. Super delish.
Service was amazing. Shout out to the bartender working the night of 30JUN. Super fun and engaging.
Our group had a blast. Thanks for being open and being so great with us. Would absolutely come back.
I ordered a take out order on DoorDash of two crispy chicken salads with no tomatoes. When my order arrived, the salads were smaller than they would be in the restaurant. They both had barely any lettuce in them and the lettuce was all brown. Not to mention the tomatoes that I did not want were also in the salads. When I called and talked to the restaurant manager she had stated that I will have to take it up with DoorDash since I ordered from them and that there was nothing that she could do for me. Seeing how I specified what I wanted in the salads on DoorDash, I don’t see how this is their fault for the order being messed up. I wouldn’t think that brown lettuce or smaller than normal portions would be an issue from DoorDash. I feel like the manager could have done something else…or at least refund me something. I couldn’t even eat my entire salad. Usually my orders are good from here but today was not.
The last two times I have been here the food was super slow coming . People were waiting excessive amounts of time for their orders. The waitresses were very stressed and frustrated! They are terrific and you could see it's poor management along with not properly trained kitchen staff that was the issue. I've experienced this in Monroeville too. Get it together Applebee's. People notice .
It's an Applebee's, an american institution the we are not proud of, but still visit often enough. This is a pretty good location. Diana the bartender wad excellent by any srandards and the food was delivered promptly. My chicken tenders came out fried to a husk but everything else was quite nice. They need a better system of determining where food at the bar goes, as the system is a little haphazard. Good job.
Was told it would be 5 minutes for table, there was tables available. Just me and my girlfriend, a couple came in while we were waiting and was sat promptly. We got up and left, will never visit this Applebee's again
I love their shrimp and Parmesan Sirloin, they have always had good food and service every time I’ve been there
I wish I could give 6 stars at this Applebees location. GM went above, over and beyond to fix any issues with our experience like I’ve never seen a manager do in my entire life. He really cares about his store and reputation. Fiesta Lime Chicken was one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Thank you!
I ordered the soup and salad choosing the Caesar salad and what I got was a bowl full of wilted garden greens with croutons and cheese. The manager actually tried to convince me it was Roman lettuce and I can't believe how hard he tried to convince me until I had to tell him this conversation was over. I did post a picture of the wilted greens that was actually passed off as a salad. It's not appealing AT ALL. In all fairness he did removed it from the bill. The first picture is from Applebee's the second is a store bought salad..HUGE difference.
