Decided to go out with my husband for date night. We received quick service at the bar even though it was busy ! My only complaint was hair particles in my food...
This was a traditional Applebee's experience. Nothing too great and nothing too disappointing. Friendly bartender and decent table service. Food was extremely seasoned as usual. Wasn't quite fancy like Applebee's, but it was good.
Came on a Saturday night for dinner there was maybe a handful of tables at 8 o’clock. We had the waitress get our drink order and take our food order and then we never saw her again. The food runner brought our food out then the bartender brought us our check and finally refilled our beverages after waiting 10 minutes with empty cups. Absolutely love the food at Applebee’s. It’s very consistent no matter which store you go to, but Service has become hit or miss.
I usually don’t even leave reviews, and I hate giving one stars. I really like to see the better in people and give benefit of the doubt. But the customer service I just received from one of the blonde bartenders was absolutely horrible. We went to the bar to get a drink, my buddy (26) forgot his ID at his house. The bartender proceeded to give us constant attitude and the worst respect I’ve ever encountered because he was trying to get an orange out of my drink. It’s unfortunate people work in customer service that act like this and sadly nothing will get done from this review. But customers, beware. The customer service here is horrible. Food came out super quick though! Made sure to leave her a great tip and hopefully she learned from that on how to treat people better.
We hadn't been here in a while but had a wonderful meal with Hanna our waitress. She was so very personable, attentive and a true delight. Also the host was also wonderful. We watched her be so kind to everyone she encountered. Food was great. Needless to say we will be back soon!
We had a great time at the Quakertown Applebee’s. It all began with terrific service from Cameron our waitress. She was very nice, polite and took very good care of us throughout our entire dinner. The drinks are very good here too. The blueberry lemonade was good too. We ordered the chicken Caesar salad, the Whiskey burger (which has a great sauce for the burger) and the boneless honey bbq wings. Everything came out great and we were very pleased with the entire experience at this location. I recommend visiting.
Met friends for lunch. Stayed quite some time, never felt rushed. Was a very pleasant visit, server was great.
Went to the Quakertown location for a late dinner. Ordered endless wings, shrimp, ribs meals and we waited and waited. The food was like warm. My daughter ordered a kids meal with mozzarella sticks and she never received them in the hour and a half we were there. Terrible service all around. We had to ask a manager for our bill as we were not given more of the all you can eat and waited 30 minutes for our waitress.
