When appetizers arrived we asked the server for silverware. When entrees arrived we still didn't have any so I went and found some at the hostess station. There was nobody there so I helped myself. Also got charged for a soft drink that was advertised as being included with my meal. The food is good but there's good food and better service at several other restaurants.
We love the Ashland location! Rhonda and Nate are our favorites! Food has been delicious and hot every time!
Elyse was the best waitress, she was so kind and was so helpful. Elyse was always checking in and helping us with everything we needed. Her service was great!!
Don't order from here using doordash. 2 hours and still no food delivery. Management doesn't check with door dash to see why orders haven't been picked up. Told I could come and get it. Kinda hard to do when you're on a motorcycle and staying in a hotel.
The boneless wings were extremely dry and hard to eat even letting them soak in sauce. Other than that the rest of the meals ordered were prepared well.
We were rather disappointed. We hadn't eaten there in a year or two and decided to try it again. The first time wasn't bad. Service was nice, the food wasn't spectacular, but it was fine. I had a soda water and was not charged for it. We received a free appetizer coupon so we came back as a whole family. The wait was long, I asked for soda water and was told that it would be charged as a drink. The food was no where near what it was. The chili was horrible. The waitress and then the manager both said that the chili didn't look right. The manager said that it looked like it dried out and offered to add water to it and reheat it for us. We didn't want it so he took it away. They still charged us $5 for it. By time we left, we had spent almost two hours there. It was horrible. Not worth the coupon.
Waitress was attentive and the food was good. Service was quick. Would recommend and eat there again.
If I could give this location ZERO stars I would have. I will not EVER come back to this location and I encourage you to steer clear of it as well!
The potato looked like it had fallen on the ground as well. The chicken quesadilla was 99% cheese and I could count the tiny pieces of shredded chicken on 1 hand. This is DISGUSTING and unacceptable. I tried to call the location to speak with a manager when I got home, but they closed at 10pm. I am not eating ANY of this food as I do not know what these people have done to it. FRIGGIN GROSS - I'll post my pics and video shortly.
