Had their new dish hot honey grilled chicken skillet. The dish sounded tasty, so gave it a shot. Not my favorite meal. Could be the red hot iron skillet overlooks the meal before it gets to your table. Maybe if they served it on a warm plate, the taste would be better.I prefer their steak, or pasta dishes. The Salmon is also tasty, a good Friday dish. ????
Honestly this restaurant needs to do two things 1 Close down or 2. Get better management. Went there this pass weekend with a small group of people and my group was excited to get two hamburgers and a chicken sandwich but we were told they have no buns!!! What type of management can not tell in advance that they are running low prior to the main money making time which is the weekend. Slow service , unorganized, bad food. Will never go back to Applebees... NEVER

The cook need to be retrain, this food was terrible. I've gotten the same dish at several Applebee's and never once was I disappointed.
The wonton's tacos was over cooked and stale, the cloeslaw was a purplish color. I didn't even try to eat the coleslaw but I did try to eat the wontons and chicken broccoli alfredo but couldn't stomach it.
I'm use to getting some broccoli and a grilled chicken bread on top. Instead I received little chicken chunks mixed with broccoli pieces.
I did explain to the waitress that the cook needs to be held accountable and trained correctly.
I will never go back there.
Side note: the gentleman sitting to the left of us ribs was cold but he proceeded to eat them.
Next time when there's only 3 cars in a parking lot I'm going to take that as a sign DO NOT EAT HERE!
Came over to applebees after work with my bestfriend, we were looking forward to it all night..
Walked in around 9:40pm left at 10:02pm.
They sat us down, we looked at the menu and decided on what we wanted..waited..nobody ever came or acknowledged us. Didnt offer us any water, didnt tell us "hey its gonna be a minute"..nothing.
THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY BUSY. IT WAS SO EMPTY YOU COULD HEAR A PEN DROP. There were also 3 waitresses, a manager and only 3 other tables with people at them.
We were both very hungry and waited a few mins longer than we agreed on to see if anybody would come..nothing. So we left. We weren't even in a rush to go anywhere, just treating ourselves before going to wrap gifts.
I've never had an experience like that before and I hope they can get it together in the future.
Everything was great at first. Then our waitress disappeared for a while. The place wasn't very busy. We ended up cancelling our dessert because it took way to long to put a brownie on a plate and a scoop of ice cream. My guess is approximately 15 minutes.
This was our first delivery order from this Applebee’s restaurant. I ordered through the Applebee’s app. A few minutes later, I started receiving texts from the delivery driver telling me it’s going to take a long time because “still waiting no workers understaffed.” When our dinner finally arrived, we noticed my husband’s chicken tenders had no sauce included even though it’s supposed to come with honey mustard. My chicken broccoli Alfredo is supposed to come with bread, but it didn’t. The food was cold. I called the restaurant to inform them we didn’t receive items that are stated in the menu, and the delivery driver went on and on about the lack of service. The person at Applebee’s, who said he was a manager, simply replied, “Oh, geez.” We do take out at least once a week, so I was hoping to add Applebee’s to the mix, but after this experience, we’ll order from somewhere else.
ETA: I thought I’d give them one more chance because I really liked the Applebee in other cities. I ordered through the website and had it delivered. I ordered a steak cooked medium, but it was not pink inside. I ordered a side salad, but the lettuce was wilted. I ordered two mashed potatoes as my sides, but I received one mashed potatoes and a side of broccoli instead. The website lets you order two mashed potatoes, so I think they should honor that. Overall, I thought the portions were small, and was disappointed the steak wasn’t cooked as ordered.
We've eaten here before so we returned. Were here a couple of times a year. Chains like this are supposed to be all the same, just like their menus. I requested the blackened salmon because I've had it in other Applebee's, like it, and looked forward to it. NOT this one. The mashed potatoes are supposed to be loaded (look at the menu photo), and mine were not. The salmon is supposed to be blackened ON BOTH SIDES, and mine was not. Who seasons only one side of a portion? And let's not even discuss the salmon portion size. Anyway, our waiter, Justin, was great. This has no reflection on him or his service. I did not complain and did not send it back because I don't normally do that. I know what happens when you send food back.
