Best WLM Reviews
We sat in Patty's station, she's fabulous! And she took very good care of us. I on my took a pic of our dessert that is to die for. The chocolate cake w vanilla ice cream and a bunch of fudge smothering it all. SUPER YUMMY!!
The staff here is great. They are very friendly and give outstanding service. Clean restaurant. Good place to catch the Dodger game. I didn't mention the food because I mean it's Applebee's. Can't really have high expectations for any food item.
I initially saw the district manager she greeted me and was very attentive. I then spoke with Shara, the general manager she was fantastic. Finally my server Aurora was incredible. My son and I had a fantastic time. Oh, and the food was fantastic as well.
My husband and I always love our midday lunch date during the week here. We have our go to's like the Three Cheese Chicken Penne and Blackened Salmon. We also sit at the bar and always have the best service.
Atmosphere was great there's a nice large bar right in the middle of the restaurant. We did not sit at the bar we sat at a booth on a slightly higher level and it was perfect. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We had a little problem with one of our meals, I brought it up to our server and she immediately brought it to her manager. The manager came to our table apologized and handled the situation like a boss! She was great! She took care of the problem and went above and beyond. She was great! I'm so glad to see that customer service is still important to some restaurants, and because of that! We will be coming back.
Fantastic bartender, Kati. She's always upbeat, fun, and makes great drinks. Great menu and food. We go there often, and so should you.
Stood in waiting area never even acknowledged so we left. I understand busy but at least let your customers know you see them.
Terrific neighborhood restaurant and bar with a lively atmosphere. Excellent for watching sports while chatting with friendly people. Food is beyond expectation for a chain restaurant. Happy hour is generous and food never disappoints.
