I have no clue how this place has 4 stars. I'm not even sure how they're in business. Well, maybe I do, more on that at the end of this review, stick around for the plot twist.
I was there on a Saturday night, and the place was completely dead. I walked up to the bar and was hit by a deep smell of mold and stale beer.
I ordered the Crispy Bacon Ranch Sandwich. The fries came out stale, the lettuce was brown, the bacon was half a piece broken into small shards, and the ranch was nowhere to be seen. It was what you expected from McDonald's.... and not a good McDonald's. To be fair, though, the chicken breast was a healthy size, juicy, and very, very hot (temperature).
I wouldn't be surprised if I woke up feeling ill tomorrow. I doubt they would pass a health inspection.
The kicker is. My chicken sandwich, with fries and a beer, less than McDonald's. Make it make sense. Lol
Kayla was our server. She was great. The restaurant was very clean. He food was hot and fresh. The music was a nice variety. The 2 for $20 is the BEST DEAL ! The hamburger was juicy, bun toasted , fries golden to perfection
Came with a group of people. For some reason, the person who greeted me gave me a thumbs down for no apparent reason. Not professional. All of our drinks had small bugs in them. Luckily the second round was free of bugs. Food was sub par, but not the worst. Our server spilled some of a drink on my sister in laws phone, and seemed to be off in different world. Eyes seemed really red for a reason or another. Avoid this location.
I was so surprised to see how expensive our meal was. We came in and tried the boneless wings and a steak and we paid over $70 for our meal. Not only that but the food was sub par especially for the cost. I would have rather gone somewhere else to pay that much.
Our server was kind, however I think the restaurant was either understaffed or she had too many tables. We needed a couple of boxes and our server never brought them. We asked for another server for a box but he only brought one box. We waited for about 10 minutes before I walked over and grabbed a box myself. My fiance didn't get a drink refill either for her meal.

Food turned out great, however I was left dissatisfied with our service during our visit. It was a very slow night and I didn't understand how this could have been an issue. I won't state the name of our server but she was just not all that great. No silverware or napkins until after apatizers were gone. Long wait times to be helped and meals took awhile to arrive. No refills on drinks and our empty plates, including appetizers, were never cleared despite our attempts to have them taken from the table. The host had to go out of his way to make sure the table got clear so we are thankful for that. It took awhile to receive the check as well. Good food but I expected better and hopefully that issue will be corrected when we do decide to return.
We ordered a half slab of ribs and fries to go. The ribs were dry and little to no meat and we got a small amount of fries which were in the same container as the ribs. What happened to you Applebees? We used to love going to eat there. I’m so disappointed.
When I arrived I was told that my order was ready and the server would be right out with my food. He comes back around 10 minutes later without my food. The gentleman then decided to tell me to "hold on longer" while he takes another person's order. Customer service was at an all time low. The app and the server said my food was ready but he failed to give it in a timely manner
everything was good nothing was true. Everything was perfect. I’m surprised how cheap it was too. The best restaurant I’ve ever went to surprise it Isn’t five stars
