Althea was our server and she was more than accommodating! She was friendly, polite and efficient. She was very well versed with the menu and was able to give amazing recommendations to the menu. She made sure our food order was not only correct and fresh, she made it a point to come back and make sure we were well stocked with fresh beverages, napkins and she made sure to keep the refills coming! She found two new regulars that will only ask for her section only! Thank you Althea for giving this couple that rich Southern hospitality that is truly amazing!
Service was awful. Our waitress Jada took 20 minutes to come take our order. When she came We went ahead and order all of our meals. MIND YOU they weren’t that busy. I understand if they would have been busy but they weren’t. I had to ask another waitress they were taking long to bring us our appetizer /drinks. When she brought us out our drinks that is when our food came and it was warm. Like it had been sitting there for awhile. Spent $50 total for our food not to be fresh and have awful service. I wish I could have gotten the name of the waitress that did help us cause she came to check up on us.
Worst 3 hour experience ever. Get there at 7, was not very busy at all . Took forever to get drinks and silverware . Appetizers didn’t arrive until 8pm . Our food came out at 9pm super cold and couldn’t even find our waiter to tell him . I was still missing my food and when I asked to cancel it the manager came out 20 minutes later and said it’s off my bill and made it clear and told me 2 times that she paid for it . Excuse me ? I didn’t come here and expect you to pay for my damn food I just wanted to eat with my family . I could afford to pay for my own meal . No apologies were given and in this amount of time the waiter only came to our table about 2 times and we had to ASK for drinks to be refilled . Spend your money elsewhere .
I was a little curious about going to not only this location but several other applebee's locations, as their ratings are fairly not to my liking. But the location that I went to on this particular day was in Sugar Hill, and our server was amazing. If they had staff of her character in all the Applebee's locations, the ratings would for sure be higher. I forgot her name, but I could definitely remember her face, should I return to this location again. The food was good as I've only been to Applebee's maybe 2 or 3 times in my life. I don't always get appetizers, but I got these mini tacos on like a wanton shell, sooo good.
Service was poor, restaurant smells like an attic & cigarettes. Waited over 20minutes for a drink & appetizers. Server was annoyed that I asked for my drink faster. Restaurant had 4 tables and yet servers was disorganized & chatting while we was waiting.
I went with my sisters around 8:30p on Saturday. We were seated quickly and our drink order was taken quickly. From there the service went downhill. I was drinking so I don't know what all the food is in the pictures. I had the 8oz medium well with potatoes and broccoli. All the food was bland. I just thought maybe they can't season anything because of food allergies or sensitivity. My steak was almost well done and unevenly cooked. Our server didn't ask me to check to make sure it was ok. We asked for steak sauce and never got it. The alcoholic drinks were watered down. It wasn't that busy so maybe our waitress was new or overwhelmed. I won't go back to this location any time soon.
We came in @ 3pm on a Thursday afternoon and the store only had 3 tables including us. All our drinks were empty and took forever for refills. Food took about 50 mins to come out even though it wasn't busy. The burger patties were small and the majority was just bun with lettuce. The breadstick with the Alfredo never came even though we were assured it was coming. Also ordered bourbon street chicken but got a half rack of ribs instead so had to be sent back. The Manager came out to talk to us and offered to give us a discount but at this point we just wanted to eat. At this point the $11.99 two cheese burger and two chicken nuggets and two fires at McDonald's sounds pretty good at this point. #McD#allday
We came late at night so the atmosphere was pretty chill. Servers were calm and in a good mood. We ate good no complaints from our crew. Saralyn was amazing!!!!!
