Best WLM Reviews
The food was good and the atmosphere was okay. A friend and I ordered all you can eat boneless chicken. Tasted great, the only problem, apparently it's not all you can eat. Got the 1st plate and it consisted of 10 boneless wings, fries, and slaw. They asked if we wanted to order more wings, which we said yes. 5 apiece came out and they asked if we would like more, we said yes. 20 minutes go by and the waiter brings our table the bills. I asked about the reorder and he said they would be out shortly. Another 15 minutes go by, still no wings, he says they'll be out in 3 minutes. Never seen him again so we left. Why bother asking about a reorder when you're not going to follow up? DON'T DO THE ALL YOU CAN EAT SPECIALS!!!
Food bombed, but Manny our server and manager, was exceptional. They went out for us to make it right. We will definitely try here again. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
I would avoid this restaurant, The bartender forgot one of our drinks when we were sitting directly in front of her. Lettuce on the wrap was old and soggy, and the 50 cent chunks we barely warm and don't have enough sauce to even cover them. Sauce flavor was bland as well. We won't be going back.
Enjoy visiting this location when we visit our daughter. Food was a little overdone this time, but still had good flavor.
Service was prompt and friendly.
We’re planning on going back again.
I have been getting grilled chicken Caesar salads there forever and now I’m not so sure I want to come back as I had two Romain heart stems in mine to fill up the proportions that have dwindled to nothing but yet the price keeps going up no shredded fresh Parm on it! I introduced my friend to it telling her how delicious they were very disappointed. We’re still hungry. Gotta go find something else to eat.
Why does everything here taste like it came from a bag? Take an order, slit open the plastic bag it's packed in at the factory, heat it up, plate it and serve it. Overall a blah experience and next time I think I'll look for a different place to eat.
The food was great and our server Emma who was new, was the very best! The Manager Kiersten also came by our table to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend! ????????
Our table, and silverware were dirty, we got the ayce for 15.99 we started with 1 of us getting wings and the other the shrimp, they took about 25 minutes for our first order to come out. They came out and we were ok with the food but, our fries were cold and stale, the coleslaw was not what we expected. And our sauces for our wings were not good. And our waitress only came to bring out next orders never asked about drinks, and was not very friendly. I am not one to ever leave a bad review but we were very dissatisfied with this visit and will not be back.
