Best WLM Reviews
This place is a good restaurant service was pretty good waiters are nice and the food was good the best one was the triple chocolate meltdown that was amazing if recommend eating here a lot if your close by the place and the four cheese mac and cheese is a good option for lunch they have a good burger and fries I would recommend getting this
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to vegetarians as their menu has few veggie options. Food wasn't the great.
For the past 2 times, my wife and I ordered and something wasn't put in the bag. This time was chips and spinach artichoke dip. No big deal right?! Just an appetizer. We'll it is a big deal when you order appetizers as your main course. I absolutely love the ribs but both times I've gotten them. They were burnt and like chewing leather. Prices keep going up. The food quality is going down. It's gonna be awhile before we even think of ordering out from here.
We love going to the Applebee’s in Salem IL.. great service, good food and the place is always so clean and well kept. Wish they would take over the franchise in Mt. Vernon, that place is aweful. Goes to show what good management can do.
Masks don't seem to be required while not at table. Menu is different here versus other applebees we've been to lately. Food was ok. Service was great. There was no wait at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon.
I am conflicted about this review. The service was excellent. The waitress was super nice and super honest. She let me know that the cook was new and she's already had two customers send back their steaks for not being done as requested.
She told me to let her know if mine was not done as I requested, which it was not. She took it back and brought me a new one, which was done as I asked for and I ended up having an excellent meal.
What really won me over was the fact that the waitress comped my entire meal as well as my appetizer. So, while the cook messed up, the kindness and honesty of the waitress made up for it. If you visit this location, I recommend trying to get Courtney C as a waitress.
I ordered the sampler togo.. Togo workers were friendly and nice. But the food wasn't so great, mainly because I got wings with no sauce at all.
Food is good. Service is good unless one certain waitress waits on you. It's always cold in there. Sometimes have to eat with coat wrapped around you. I wish they would bring back baked potato. Not everyone wants fries or mashed.
