Applebee's is just Walmart frozen food heated up and served to you lol. IDK how y'all eat this food. I could have stayed home and made blan pasta and poured basic sauce on it. Been 12 years since I ate it and I'm not missing out. That's just me though ????????♂️
The strawberry mango smoothie is pretty good though ????
We came in as a big top of 10 people to celebrate after competing in cross-country districts. After the team had endured the windy and dusty elements, the respite environment and spectacular service did not disappoint one bit. Our server, Rhianna, did a great job with the speed and accuracy of our orders. She did a great job staying on top of drink refills because these teens were a thirsty bunch! You would be too after running 5K in today's weather elements. ???? The environment was busy for the 6-7pm hour but our server did not display to us that we were too much for her. We are a small-town team. The teens are a respectful group and I'm sure that was a factor in allowing her to serve us the best way possible. I just wanted to reach out and let Applebee's know that Rhianna R. did a great job and we appreciate the great service that she provided. The kids left hydrated and satisfied!
Edited to add: I can't seem to reply to Applebee's response. I think it's great that businesses read reviews. Individuals and businesses all need to hear some kudos from time to time. ???? #bhleads
Food was okay. Our server was horrible, took order and 1 of 2 appetizers came out. She spent all of her time talking and holding hands with boyfriend. Finally after 35 mins food came out, and surprisingly so did a cold appetizer. She claimed she didn't know we would have wanted it out earlier. Never refilled drinks, we had to go to bar for drink refills and silverware. When we demanded appetizer come off check as we sent it back she went and asked the cook Mgr to resolve it instead of her floor Mgr. Needless to say check was finally resolved.
However, once we were done and out the door the floor Mgr happen to come out at same time. We informed him of situation, he said he was going to address it. Have to do better.
Clean, pleasant atmosphere, quickly seated. Food took a long time to arrive, even the appetizer, and some of fries were cold enough that we asked for replacements. But once that was taken care of, everything was delicious. Server was friendly but took a long time to fill requests and didn't check on us. She wasn't at other tables either...she just wasn't out checking on anybody. Never offered us drink refills at all. The one refill I got was when I called her over and asked for it. Even took a really long time to get our ticket, We'll be hesitant to go again.
Really enjoyed the family atmosphere. The servers were cordial and efficient. No mistakes in our orders, and the food came out of the kitchen very quickly even though we were a party of 10. The food was hot and very nicely plated.
In town for the night, and I stopped and ate at this Applebee’s. Atmosphere was nice, restaurant was clean, however, I made the mistake of sitting at the bar for my food. Bartender would leave for minutes at a time in the back, I can only assume she was smoking, was very inattentive and unfriendly when she returned. I had to wait 15 minutes for my check. Food was subpar, I had the Chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich, with fries, and a side house salad. The salad was tiny The dressing tasted water down and was a very small portion, and cost eight dollars for a salad. The sandwich was OK at best, the fries were stale and needed salt. Terrible experience I will not visit this restaurant again. Bartender should choose a different career path.
I would give this place negative 5 actually. Worst service we have EVER experienced from a waitress..if u can even call her that. We were traveling and stopped in and were seated quickly. Waited about 5 minutes and a waitress took our drink order. She never came back. Ever. There was a girl bussing and cleaning and after about 20 minutes and on the verge of getting up and walking out she asks us if our order was ever taken. We replied no. She goes to retrieve our waitress who must of gone on a hiatus indefinitely. Busser comes back..no waitress. The busser takes our order by memory and goes to turn it to the kitchen, I suppose. Drinks were never refilled until we were about to leave well because we had no waitress. Waitress shows back up at the end with a $90 bill. No apologies..no sorry I disappeared for the entirety of your meal. Thank goodness for the table busser and the kitchen staff that got our order put in and to the table because that was the ONLY service we were provided. Trust the reviews this place is terrible.
