OUTSTANDING WAY TO GO APPLEBEE'S!!! We stopped on 11/11/23 for Veterans Day, and they had American flags outside and military flags hanging throughout the restaurant. When we walked up to the hostess, she asked us if either of us were military and gave my husband a veterans menu and a card for a Sam Adams. When the hostess walked us to our table, she thanked my husband for his service. Our server was Debbie H. and she was MARVELOUS she was personable, efficient, and kind, and she also thanked my husband for his service. On 11/3/23, Lay was our server, and she was magnificent, kind, and efficient. Fantastic customer service!!! Our waitress was Emily, and she was very efficient and personable. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. Don't forget 1/2 price appetizers 3:00pm-6:00pm & after 9:00 pm Dine in Only. We stopped at Applebee's on 11/11/24, and again, they go all out for Veterans Day. I had the Prime Rib Dipper & Fries. The fries were tasty, and the sandwich was sooo good. I absolutely loved the bread, and the sandwich was full of flavor. We also order every Tuesday for their $9.99 Burger Deal, and they never disappoint.

Worst experience i have ever had at an Applebee's. Service was horrible. When I finally was able to order my food after being ignored on multiple attempts to get the servers attention. The server came back to tell me that at 2 o'clock in the afternoon they have no way to make beef nachos when they are pumping burgers out left and right. Besides that when the food did finally make it to the table it came out at different times. The server only showed up once after the food was there and that's because she had to pass my table to go to another table. The manager never came to check on any table that I seen. We didn't even get a check just had to use the table thing and do it ourselves. Worst experience I've had at an Applebee's. Glad I'm traveling and never have to stop there again.
Sup, Googlers, I'm in town all the way from Fort lauderdale. Me and my coworkers, we're having a late lunch after work. And man, I'm glad we can hear to Applebee's for it because they had an amazing deal all you can eat for 14.99+tax. You were able to choose from bbq ribs, fried shrimp, or buffalo boneless chicken with fries all you can eat. What a great deal. So we ordered beers, which, by the way, is 2-for-1. what a great deal. The restaurant itself is very decorated, What I like to call the up to corporate standards. I checked the restrooms, and they were very clean and up to part. I want to give a very special thank you to our server Diana for always going and coming making sure that we didn't need anything at the table and a special thank you to the chef/kitchen manager, Sandy, for checking up on us as well. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a great place to eat. That you come and eat here at Applebee's. They have you cover with great service and food. ????.
I order pasta and it was dry I had to asked for alfredo sauce. when I start eating it had a hair in my plate . We also order ribs and it was burn and dry. Honestly I'm not coming back.
Port Charlotte, FL.Terrible management and uncaring service. They won't even seat new customers because the manager said they were too busy. They wouldn't even take peoples names. We left and NEVER will return. All of the rest of the people waiting left too. No wonder they're going bankrupt.
This is our second and last time trying this location.
Food is over done and barely warm when they bring it to the table. My husband had ribs and said they were very dry. I had the Alfredo pasta with chicken and the pasta was mushy and barely warm when it was brought to the table. Yuk!!
The waitress was not very attentive.
Overall poor experience again...
Good food and good service. When we ordered 2 different items they helped us to save the cost clubbing together with an existing deal. Good place.
