Applebee's is one of my go to spots for a good drink. I always enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service is always excellent. The food always comes out hot and fresh. Every time I go they have a new drink available. I highly recommend this bar for a good time. I also go just by myself to enjoy the appetizers and a good drink.
I haven't eaten at Applebee's in a long time but the last two visits, late afternoon time, with family was a great experience. We had a guy this time (Sorry I forgot his name, he wore glasses and slim) and he was on top of everything, professional and all of our food was perfect! Then the music is perfect, there's a great mix of genres, and the atmosphere is laid back. It's always good to have a great dining experience and I just want to acknowledge this. My family and I appreciate it.
I got a bourbon street chicken and shrimp with sweet tea. I waited over an hour to get food to go, food is almost inedible from being overcooked and stale. They ran out of utensils and there wasn’t enough staff for the amount of people in the restaurant. I had to go across the street to grab utensils to eat…
The food was very good, I tried a new menu item. Honey- hot glazed chicken and mashed potatoes!
I came here for my birthday with a couple of family members. There were only a few people at the bar and a couple of tables were seated. Overall, it was an ok visit. Only ok because our server (only two working) was distracted and wasn't as accessible as needed. Our steaks were ordered medium and we got them well done. That makes a sirloin very tough, and my green beans weren't done enough. . The appetizers and dessert were great ! I give this visit a six out of ten.
BEWARE - SCAMMING CUSTOMERS
My waitress took it upon herself to increase her tip amount. How many other honest, hardworking customers are being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous, fraudulent thief of a waitress? Below is the picture evidence.
Eating good in the neighborhood with plastic utensils, while everyone else had regular utensils. The waitress acted as if she didn't want to service us, as if we weren't there. I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable there. How can I ever dine in a place like that?
I felt discriminated by such acts of deliberate, blatant ignorance. I decided to give her another chance by ordering dessert and guess what... more plastic utensils. Plastic spoons. Why couldn't I get regular utensils when everyone else at this establishment had regular utensils? There are plenty of other restaurants that will surely appreciate my business. I would give this location zero stars or worse if possible. It's so sad that she is even employed here, giving Applebee's a bad name. I will never forget that disrespectful waitress' actions or her name.
They were a little busy and it looks like a little understaffed. But Nia was awesome and took good care of us. Love us some Applebees!
This is the second time I ordered from this store and my food was completely messed up again, the young lady that took the order read it back to me correctly, so at this point he kitchen just does what that want to do. I got none of the sides with 1 of the meals I ordered just fries that I didn’t order not even the ribs smh. The fingers were old or over cooked but it was just a bunch of little piece . Definitely not the neighborhood bar and grill…!!! By the way I didn’t get my shopping sauce I requested for my nuggets….. I ordered finger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
