Got there at 5pm party of 6. 3 orders of 4 cheese Mac and cheese with chicken tenders.Pasta was cold no cheese just a watery liquid on the bottom chicken over cooked. Bourbon burger was dry and cold no bourbon sauce fries cold. Childs meal pizza moderately warm but the side of yogurt had a hair in it. The crunchy shrimp was hot and also the fries were hot. Food didn't get to the table till 630. The appetizer came a couple of minutes before the food it was good but was comped because it took so long to get it out. We spent 2 hours in the restaurant and was very disappointed in the quality of the food. Waste of time and money. Whoever was expediting the food should be ashamed to send the dishes out room temperature I'm sure the Greene county health department would be interested in those hot holding temps.
Walked in aready knowing what my friend and I want. They are fully staffed on a Tuesday, not busy, 20min wait, sit at filthy bar with dirty glasses sitting there, bathroom is filthy, half my long Island is gone by the time the tend asks if we're going to eat or if we're good. We order all you can eat with endless fries. I received 1 refill of shrimp, fries are gone at this piont, I asked for riblets this time and I still needed water at this piont and took our plates. The tender set a very small plate between us and says that is the 2 riblets... no fries, no extra plate or anything. I got a to go box and gave it to my dog when I got home. I was disappointed by the staff, condition of restaurant and the lack of food for "all I can eat"
If you're from out of town, listen to the other reviews and avoid this place. Waited an hour to get a chicken and shrimp plate- burnt to a crisp on the chicken, and shrimp under cooked (how?)... Mashed potatoes looked like they were slid out of a Ziploc bag. Management, get better cooks, they're ruining your restaurant. Oh and hearing the locals talk about how they get discounted food and drinks at a chain restaurant was real nice when I got charged $12 for my drink. Audit, audit, audit.
Went here with wife on Thanksgiving. Our server was Jaymee. I can't say enough nice about her. Before we even finished our drinks she brought us more. She was attentive, and kind. Additionally if you're not in the mood to grill a steak at home - they have a steakhouse or grilled at home quality steak. Literally a decent cut of beef, seasoned properly, actually grilled, all around my wife and I were surprised. Anyway, hope management recognizes Jaymee for her service on Thanksgiving, and we sure appreciate her sacrificing her time to be there for us!
Exceptional experience. 13 of my family showed up unexpectedly and we were greeted and seated quickly. The food was great. Our server, was patient even with our chaos…Jess was very personable and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. We definitely recommend Applebee’s for your next family get together.
Well 2x I have found paper in my food, the first time was a cheese insert and I was reimbursed, the 2nd time was a date sticker...so I think I'll quit eating there. Most of the food is good but without paper please

Should not had to pay for my meal prime rib sandwich. the aujus what's nothing but oil I showed the waiter that the buns were burnt also was charged for the sandwich. the host proceeded to sit down two sisters older ladies beautiful women they decide they wanted to sit next behind us and he was very rude and crude said well I guess you can and slam things down on the table he was a very rude. me and my mother both heard what they did and I turned and looked at the ladies and I said well that was rather rude and she said well I thought it was too. will not go back to that Applebee's I wrote on the receipt that the food was awful and I told the host at the door that we would not be coming back and neither one of them should be in the restaurant business
Whoever was cooking Saturday evening around 530 was very heavy on the salt. The broccoli was so salty that I couldn't eat it. My grilled chicken was salty and burned around the edges. My husband's steak was salty. We eat there fairly often and have never had the problem before. Our service was excellent! Great waitress!
