Server Eric was awesome. Boneless wings app was so good; saucy and crispy (I had eaten some before I took the photo). Bacon cheeseburger was ordered med rare but came med well. The friendly and efficient server really was a plus. I’ll be back.
Had a great meal. I got the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp and it was phenomenal. My significant other had their Bourbon Street Mushroom and Swiss and he said it was delicious. Service was great as well. We also got their spinach and artichoke dip and it was great. Good food and good service will definitely come back.
My partner and I ordered from the 2 for $25 section of the menu with a few drinks. The appetizers and mains came out after about 15 minutes and everything tasted great. Service was amazing as well, thanks to Rachel! Had a great night out. Will definitely come again!
It was cold, service was slow. I had rib eye steak. It wàs very tough, couldn't hardly cut it. The bathroom needs updating badly. Our server was very pleasant and offered to make a fresh pot of coffee when we ordered decaf. She did a great job. Won't be back for a long time.
First off, the food and drinks were great. The hostess helped seat my mobility impaired father and the server was kind, gracious and friendly. They both even played "soulful" music for my father who asked if they could change the station. Soulful is the word the hostess used, and we apprecoated her kindness so much! It's truly wonderful to see staff that genuinely care about the customer experience!
Everything here was so great! My waitress, Jenn G, was a super happy, friendly, helpful, positive energy kind of person. All the other staff I encountered or observed were also happy and friendly and cheerful. It says so much about a restaurant when the people who work there are happy.
I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and it was super scrumptious. Very tender and juicy. And there was a really good amount of cheese and sauteed mushrooms and onions on it. Nothing skimpy about it.
My belly feels so good now, with that delightful burger in it. I will definitely come back any time I am in Wausau, and I recommend this Applebee's to anyone who is hungry and appreciates happy servers and delicious burgers and a really solid value for the dollar.
Went for an early dinner and had the best waitress!! Amanda was amazing! Very tentative and funny and the food was good too... Will be going back soon and hopefully we can have her as a waitress again!!
Our waitress Amanda was awesome
She had a great personality. She made the experience great. I will definitely go back and want her as my waitress.
