I’ve been to this Applebee’s multiple times but this is my first time leaving a review. Big thanks to Hannah H. for the wonderful service and an entertaining experience! The food was great, with a relaxing ambience and amazing staff. The manager and hostess, India, were very attentive and engaging! My dinner guest and I had a blast! We will return! Thanks for a memorable time!
This was the first time in a few years since we’ve visited Applebees, and I ask the question why did we wait so long? Let me tell you that the all you can eat special is worth every penny. You can mix and match riblets, crunchy shrimp, or boneless chicken wings (several different flavors), and you can bet our table looked like a bowl of Chex mix because we “Shonuff” mixed it up!!! You have got to try it, and please ask for Kayla, because she was an awesome server. Give a few weeks to run around the block and lose some weight, and we’ll be back, LOL!
You know when you pull into a place and it’s not busy and your wondering if it’ll be good or not? I was iffy when my husband and I pulled up. However, I was hangry! I’m so glad we went! The service was AMAZING, it wasn’t loud, we didn’t have to wait long on our food, the food was hot and delicious! It was all in all a wonderful dining experience! 10 out of 10 will definitely be going back!
The food was nothing to be excited about the service is about the same. I’m really surprised it is still operating as I never see more than 10 people In there at a time. When there are that few of people and I have to ask multiple times for a refill or the waitress walks by and see that two of our drink cups are empty, I should not need to ask for it.
It’s not a bad place to grab a drink but don’t come here looking for a good meal or a great atmosphere.
Great service. Appetizer platter came out rather fast and was perfect for sharing. Friend got the all-you-can-eat promotion. Was confused when we were told fries were not included upon request of a second plate. However the promotion offer read as all you can eat AND unlimited fries. We didn’t argue the point. I had the bourbon chicken and shrimp as my main dish, requesting no mushrooms and that was delicious. Came out as ordered and have to say that the chicken was cooked perfectly; juicy, and tender. As with most fast casual places, prices have gone up but portions stay the same. If you are not aware of the 2 for specials found on the very back of the menu; expect to spend about $65+ ($75+ with tip) and that doesn’t include alcoholic beverages or desert.
The food was great and came out at a timely manner. The speediness of service could have been better but our server Amber was amazing. I would highly recommend to take full advantage of their half price appetizers after 10pm while it lasts. Overall I had a good experience at this Applebee's.
Charles was an amazing host and took care of me and my wife without even asking for us. He kept my drink refilled and was always happy to help. I would definitely come back to this location.
We walked in with an awesome greeting from the hostess Shania. The waitress Keke is amazing. The atmosphere is great but the service was outstanding. Everyone was so inviting. I recommend that everyone come to this Applebees. We will definitely return. Thanks Applebees for turning our hard day into a pleasant one.
