I ate here twice on my recent trip. I did one To Go order and one dine in order. Both orders were made correctly! The staff was friendly and helpful. I eat here every time I am in town. They are consistently good.
Parking lot needs some repairs...so beware.
I was seated promptly, the server was there very soon afterwards to take my drink order...it arrived within three minutes. I placed my order when she brought my drink. Twenty minutes later my food arrived.
The fries were okay, not real warm and were seasoned... unlike I ordered them. I did not send them back because I knew I would not be eating all of them.
The bacon cheese burger was okay, but it was really juicy...it went all over as I ate it.
The side of the coleslaw was good, but it was petite.
The server was friendly but spent more on the larger groups, which was okay as I could get up and get extra napkins as needed.
Quick friendly service, manager stopped by to make sure all went well. Watched server do personal service to everyone in our area as well as manager stopped by each one independently. Great food as expected. Overall a great experience.
Great place to grab a bite to eat. Definitely one of the best in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Our cups didn't sit empty. The food was hot and fresh. We always sit at the bar however it seems the families at the tables were happy with the food and service as well
Destiny is who you want as your server! The best experience I have ever had. No matter how busy it is she knows how to still give the best service. Will always come back for her! Get the Bourbon Street Chicken it’s my favorite
Atmosphere was wonderful, friendly, and warm. Food was average, definitely space to make improvements. Broccoli can be a bit more firm and fresh. Fries could be a bit more crispy. We ordered medium rare steak, but it felt more like medium well.
Decided to give them another try. Take out SEP 2023 - hotel very close. Blackened/cajun salmon with plain broccoli and green beans - look at the pictures there is less than 10 min from the pickup picture to this - first - does the salmon look anything but baked - and that isn't blackened. The broccoli - it's obvious they do NOT prep - look at the bottom of the stalk on the far left - does that look good to you? Beans look so so. The next picture (salad) - the shrimp were cooked on one side seemingly. Overall the salad (sans the cores) was good and the shrimp were decent. The salmon was OVERDONE, as was the beans and the broccoli - but you could see that. perhaps in another six months I'll try again - but considering I'm >$30 - they cannot compete with TRH, LH, Outback, nor even TGIF. Wanted to like it - there are many more Applebees around and they always serve late - but I've dietary restrictions and this was a disappointment.
Thank you Destiny M. For the best friendly service we ever had at an Applebees location. We appreciate you being quick with getting our food and delivering service with a smile. Because of you we will definitely are come back!
