Our server started out taking our drink order, ran away before we finished as I wanted to add sodas. Also I wanted to order a appetizer..... she finally came back and we had to order everything at once. The app came out right before the food!
This is why you take appetizer order with drinks!
Rushed to move items for the food. Which was eh ok.
At no point after we got our food were we checked on. We ran out of napkins, didn't have sauces we wanted because we were not asked the food was dropped and server once again ran off. Then we are done, waiting, we just want the check and boxes, we look over and our server is standing by the kitchen talking to someone who works there for several minutes, when she finally did come back dropped the check and then cashed us out quickly ands you can just tell by her demeanor that she didn't give 2 shits. .... sub par at best.
The only reason why I am giving four stars is because when I was seated, I was in a area right underneath the vent which was really cold but outside of that 10 out of 10 recommend my server Kiki. She was very attentive to my needs and she got whatever I asked for In the matter of minutes. She was so patient and understanding with my special needs daughter! Her table side manner is spectacular. I can tell she resolves problems in a very polite and professional manner, Great attention to detail, a team player and she’s a joy to Chat with! I’ll definitely come again with my family, food could be better
This was my first visit to this Applebee’s location.
Sierra was a fantastic server. She was very attentive, courteous, and got out order correct. She frequently checked on us so our drinks were never empty.
The host sat us quickly and the food came quickly even though it was a packed house.
We got the 2 for $38 with spinach artichoke dip and chips and bourbon chicken and shrimp. It was delicious.
The food was served hot and came quickly. My only complaint was that my broccoli was very raw and my Cesar salad had way too much dressing.
First off I would like to say that our server Sierra was absolutely amazing! The cook MJ who made mine and my mother's food (this is Mother's day by the way) was ruined. We had to send my mom's steak back once, she ordered it medium rare but got it done instead. The next steak (the first picture) was cooked a bit better but was still a bit overcooked in some parts. But my dish (the second picture) was ruined right when I got it. The sweet glaze for the chicken had bleed through all the mac n cheese and made the whole dish too sweet for me to eat, effectively killing my appetite. My sister's dish however was cooked perfectly! ( I learned it was a different cook that made hers) If I was an important food critic, the food I was served would lead to a seriously bad review!

Best drinks in town, served by friendly and attentive bartenders. Even when they’re super busy, Stephanie makes sure that every guest has their drinks and food quickly and with quality.
I recently dined here with my family and had the pleasure of being served by Kiki, who I believe was our server. She was exceptionally kind and sweet, with a warm smile and excellent hospitality skills. Kiki ensured that our food was prepared to perfection and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The steak and shrimp were also very good.
I got honey pepper chicken three cheese Mac n cheese. I've had this dish at other Applebee's and it was great, but this Applebee's l, it was all watery. My boyfriend had the bacon cheeseburger and ask for it to be cook pink in the middle and I hen he got it, it was well done. We won't be going back there.
