The food was good and hot enjoy my self with the family ????????????
I enjoyed the food and our waiter did his best. He was a young guy and only been on the job for about a week and he did a very good job. The atmosphere was pretty good and we felt comfortable and relaxed and we enjoyed our food. This is a nice restaurant to take a good friend to have an enjoyable evening.
The food was bad.1st plate,steak was raw. 2nd plate, mash potatoes was cold. 3rd plate asked for no pickles. When they brought the 1st plate back,steak was well done, was supposed to be medium rare. The waitress was great, that's why I gave it two stars.????
I came around lunch time and it wasn’t too crowded. I requested a dressing on the side of my sandwich and it came out incorrect with dressing all on the sandwich. When I mentioned it to the server, he just stared at me for an awkward minute waiting for me to accept it anyways. I eventually requested just a new bun be toasted instead of an entire remake. He still look the plate leaving my kids eating without me, and this would have had them having to wait for me to get my food AND eat it. I think restaurants underestimate how much balance it brings to eat together so that no one is waiting on others too long and no one feels the need to rush through their food because it came out late. I ended up canceling my food and just paying for my kids food because mine didn’t come out before they finished eating.
However, I will say the manager was SUPURB. He was very polite and tried to make accommodations which anyone can appreciate. He is the reason I will come back, and the reason I WOULD recommend this Applebees to anyone. This kind of customer service is hard to come by and it did not go unnoticed.
The food here isn't bad but the service is kinda sub par. If you want a better experience you may wanna dine in or go to another location. Carry out is usually a problem because 3 out of 5 times they usually get it wrong. Dining inside is usually a better experience, for some reason the waitresses seem to be a little nicer. The young girls that work in the carry out area don't appear to want to be there based on their attitudes. Some employees dont speak. When I picked up my food tonight I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to show back up at the register. Things just aren't what they used to be. The sad part is it aint just Applebee's.
Went for my daughters B day we had an party of 8 wait time went from 20 mins to waiting over an hour so if you have an large party over 7 be prepared to wait they only have 1 table available for large parties. Food was ok we didnt get our bar drinks till 5 mins before we left if you are not at the bar your drinks are not urgent. Our waitress was awesome very polite and patient.
Update: service was great. Waitress was very polite and nice. Customer service was great for it too be so late. Food was ok chicken penne with tomatoes was blend. Sauce tasted store bought. Steak with Parmesan shrimp was just ok. The steak was way way to small broccoli and mashed potatoes was very good though overall the customer service was better than the meal itself. Had 2 long islands the 1st one was strong the second 1 wasn't so much at all. I think the bar tender was upset it was almost closing time and I ordered another one but that is her job!!!!!!!
The employee who answered the phone had a horrible attitude. Ask to speak with a manager, and she responded as if she didn't hear me. When I arrived home and checked the food. It wasn't even prepared the way I ordered it. Order the bourbon chicken and shrimp without onions. It was on a bread on onions. Neither order was prepared with the sauce it was supposed to come with. The Manager Ron was a breath of fresh air, handling the situation responsible and courteous. This is the third time I gave this location a chance to correct the issues with service and the food quality. Will not return. Even after reading post after post in regards to similar complaints, I decided to give this location another chance and was disappointed again. It will not be a fourth time. I rather drive a little further to get quality service.
Employees were very kind and helpful, however, hairnets should be worn. Long hair met me at the table. A server was playing with another employees braided hair; the greeter with long, full hair, handling silverware abd menus. Servers constantly pulling hair back or runming fingers through it; eating/chewing food while working; and sadly, no one washed their hands. There is definitely a need for professional training.
