Always a pleasure to eat here, from the moment you go in until leaving, employees makes your visit a pleasant one. Food as always top notch, plenty of tables, affordable and parking is never a problem. You won't regret it...
I was dining with my grandsons. I have not been in an Applebee's in YEARS. We were passing through town and the boys wanted Applebee's. The Host and Server were best of the best. Our meals really were good.
The two ladies at the table behind us were talking about medical dx, procedures in detail. My 7 year old Grandson began to gag, I could not even finish our meal. We quickly paid so I could get my grandson out of the restaurant. (He's been known to have a very weak stomach) I asked the ladies to kindly be aware of their environment before discussing their ailments in detail. From their they condescended me, disrespected me, calling me names infront of my grandsons. They continued by informing me i was rude and I should ashamed of myself for the example I set for children.
I spoke to the manager and he said he would speak to them but there was really nothing he could do.
Fair enough.
I have to recommend this is not a family oriented location. For the record, my grandson threw up once we reached our car.
Tried the Southwest Chicken bowl and absolutely loved it. It was flavourful and the quantity was great.
Also tried Boneless wings with Buffalo sauce and that was good too.
The staff was very sweet. She made sure we are comfortable.
I loved the vibe of the restaurant.
Over a year ago I had a couple terrible experiences here, but we decided to give it another try.
We received cheerful and genuine greetings from the moment we walked in. Our server was happy, attentive, thorough and had great conversation!! I wish I remembered her name, but she was genuinely happy and sincere.
Our food was perfect!!

Joe, our host, was wonderful from the start. He was pleasant, , personable , and had an infectious smile. We had to wait for a table for 6 but Joe kept us enticed and occupied.
Natalia was our waitress. You can tell she’s relatively new to the business, however, she’s delightful and accurate. She recommended drinks, appetizers, entrees, as well as dessert. A keeper. ???? we will be back again!!!!
I went here when I was in college nearby and I always loved getting Miss Sara for my waitress. She is always so kind and makes sure we have everything we need. The managers go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy with their experience. This location is for sure one of the best I’ve been to. Can’t say the same about the Buffalo Wild Wings on the other side of the mall.
Worth a stop. Plus, you can get some shopping done at the mall too while you’re there!
Needed a quick dinner and ordered a burger big meal for pick up. Big meal with a burger drink and fries was 9.99 . Burger was pink inside ... to perfection and not small. Fries were the best . I did order a Bahama Mama to go . It was delicious, and they didn't skimp on the rum. A plus! Cheaper than mcdonalds or any other fast food place . Better food .. and just as quick . I ordered while in the parking lot, and it was out in less than 15 minutes . Will be using Applebee's as my new preferred Hamburger spot .
We were a large group we went for my husband's birthday and Meghan was very patient and tried to accommodate everyone's needs. I loved having her as our server. The food was good but I would've liked for them to come out with a candle on his brownie so we can sing him a happy birthday but they said they don't do that anymore since covid so I was sad about that. Otherwise great bang for the buck!
