Came in yesterday I ordered salmon potatoes and Mac and cheese the salmon was dry the Mac and cheese was awful yall really need too due better I see some one else had the same issue yall still failed to make it right people work hard we expect to sit down and have a good decent meal
My mac n cheese was super bland and barely had cheese on the noodles. The honey pepper chicken strips were decent. Our water was timely.
We went to to the bar and Dominique had a huge attitude. He acted like we were bothering him, we watched as he received several complaints and had a idc attitude. We ordered beverages appetizers and entrees and he seemed overly irritated about a special request, I felt like I was nothing more than a burden to him. We were charged for things we didn’t get and drinks were made wrong. He made a statement because we had to ask a manager for silverware. The manager Willie watched as the constant disrespect occurred. When we got our food it was wrong and we were left with what they brought. I left Dominique a $50 tip. He deserved nothing but a good heart goes a long way, I will never return to this establishment and we didn’t even stay to eat our food we boxed it up and left. I felt like I was nothing

Excellent service. Friendly, fast, and accurate. Clean.
We had steaks and the fiesta lime chicken. The broccoli was cooked perfect and all good that was supposed to be hot was hot! Salads cold.
We were just passing through, but thankful for a satisfying lunch.
Had dinner here Tuesday at 530pm. A classy restaurant with half price apps between 4 and 6 pm, and a better price on some dinks.
We loved the spinach dip!!
The meals were good too, if not particularly memorable.
What was nice though is that my food was hot, partly because the plate was very hot; a nice change compared to most other restaurants.
If we lived in this region, we would be regulars.
What a terrible experience! Server (Azure) was walking around, lazily. Her hair was not put up AT ALL! It was big and everywhere. Shocked if her hair hasn't got into people's food!
No customers there because it was 10:00 p.m. and our food took 40 minutes for chicken broccoli Alfredo and deep fried boneless chicken wings appetizer.
The icing on the cake was the server asking if we were "OK" with plastic silverware. Wait.... WHAT?
She said the silverware was in the back and nasty, so she didn't want to get us real silverware! Seriously????
(P.s. This Applebee's is in a really shady area.)
I have been going to Applebee's since I was a teen..... I'm 50 ish now. I have never been offered plastic silverware, EVER!
Drink was sludge, had to send back. Drinks and food came at different times. Appetizer was forgotten. Twice. Server ignored us part of the time and was in the corner laughing and talking. Would not go back to this location. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with Applebee's.
Horrible restaurant. The place needed a refreshing 10 years ago. If the general place is this disgusting I would hate to see where the food is prepared. The bathrooms are the worst I have ever seen in my life. I asked for a Togo order for when I leave. They made it 3 hrs before I left. When asked to refresh they said maybe the fries and then never brought them back. Lol thx will be disputing the entire transaction. Absolutely horrible experience would not recommend at all.
