Only 3 tables had people, bar had 4. Waited at reception desk for over 5 minutes. Gave up and walked to bar and ordered within 2 min. Ordered Extra well done burger, but received rare. The bartender was awesome. And I presented these issues to her. For my quality control feedback, my meal should have been free.
They appear to be understaffed, which implies a management issue.
Our server was very polite and kind the most recent time around. One of our food items came cold which I understand can happen, so I mentioned it and it was quickly resolved. Then I heard the customers behind me talking about a dirty plate. They had the same server as us and she resolved the issue as well, but it made me think about what the heck is going on in the back house. I also want to comment on my last visit here. They were severely understaffed and our service was a bit slow. That time, I ordered salmon and it was very dry. I know it’s just Applebees, and maybe my expectations are too high. Either way… it’s definitely 4/5 on a good day. I’ll give it another try and see what happens.
As you walk in this place was clean and the hostess was friendly and invited us in. Our waiter was also friendly and prompt. We ordered the 2 for $30 meal deal we chose the 2 Cesar Salads the were actually pretty good the only thing that they should of served it in a cool bowl not a hot one. Then we ordered the 6 oz steak and rib entrees. As you can see in the picture the steak was gone in two bites. The fries were cold and the mashed potatoes were good. The presentation on the plates as you can see were terrible, at least the kitchen staff could of made an effort. Overall my experience was at most an eeehhh.
Man I was so hyped to eat here after watching the Applebee's survivor episode. The food looks nothing like it is advertised and did not taste very good either. I got the mushroom Swiss burger and the Oreo shake. Burger was mostly missing the mushrooms I found only one or two hidden secretly under the cheese not sure if the advertised mushrooms fell off or what in transit. And the Oreo shake was tasted very watered down was more of a chocolate liquid than a shake. Also it's tiny AF compared to the advertisement. Reminded me why I haven't been here in like 15 years. I couldn't finish the food. My wife suggested I try to call but I'm not interested in anything else after this. Only good thing I have to say is the worker I associated with was very friendly and nice. Will try again "maybe" in another 15 years I guess?
This place was pretty good. This was my first time to this Applebee's and it impressed me but the only reason I gave the atmosphere three stars because the floor was kind of dirty. Other than that I thought this place was really good. My server was great and the food was outstanding. When I'm back Arizona I would definitely stop back at this place
Haven’t been to Applebees in several years and probably won’t come back. Waited 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Food was mediocre. Quesadilla tasted like dirty grill, pasta was watery, the wings were good though!! Overall, not good.
Service was fast, attentive, and friendly. The French onion soup was way too salty for human consumption but got another remade asap.
Service was overall nice, except for this one guy. He was overall being a creep and mumbling the whole time.
Worst service ever! We arrived and there was no hostess, waited for 10mins until a server stepped in and seated us instead. Our server asked what to drink but never returned with our drinks. I asked a different server if we could get our drinks and order at the point. We waited almost an hour to get our food for it to be all cold. The frustration I had at this point. Then they complain when we don’t leave tips. SMH
