My burger was delicious. My wife's chicken sandwich was delicious as well. Only bad thing was the chips for the spinach artichoke dip. They were way too salty. Only have Pepsi products. Kind of disappointed. Service could have been better as the young man got my drink order wrong. Atmosphere was nice. Table was sticky even after we cleaned it. Rest of restaurant appeared to be clean.
I love Applebee's!! They are the best place for drinks; their food and appetizers are sooo delicious too. On this occasion though, my husband and I went for drinks specifically. They have the best drink specials we have ever found, but even if you miss the hours of the specials, don't go anywhere else - stay and order yourself/yourselves some of their drinks- they are totally worth it (still not expensive)! In the photos are - my husband's nice - cold draft beer, and one of my favorites- the Banana Mai Tai, in the other picture is a Pina Colada. The employees are very friendly and attentive, the bar tender; (yes I'm going to name drop - Rene) we had that evening, were very attentive and kept the whole bar area super clean, while taking drink orders and preparing said drinks, and conversating with us. All of the bartenders there really are very awesome and friendly. And the manager that was there, was very friendly, extremely involved with us, in a very good way- which is something that no other manager has ever done with us. We love this Applebee's , and I definitely, definitely recommend it here to anyone and everyone that is looking to have some great drinks, a happy/fun time and great food/appetizers in an awesome atmosphere! I definitely- absolutely, without a doubt recommend that anybody/everybody looking for a good time drinking, etc. , give Applebee's a try, and I personally guarantee that you will have a great time there and have some absolutely awesome drinks and time there! So give Applebee's a try and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!
Even though the restaurant wasn't packed it took 15 minutes to sit us.
Food was cold and didn't taste good compared to the applebees in palmhurst.
Service was awful our plates were dirty ????.
I don't recommend this applebess at all, hope this helps to make this restaurant better.
I went to have some drinks and eat some appetizers with my friends. The best part was the bartender Andre. He was spot on and quick with the mixed drinks. I was impressed with his customer service and noticed that he also had a section of the restaurant to attend besides the bar. This man needs a raise. Great employee!
The only complaint I have is that 2 draft hoses were not working properly so I couldn't get either draft Miller or Ultra Michelob beers.
Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend
I recently visited Applebee’s, and it was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff didn’t want to be there. It took way too long for us to even get a waiter, and once we finally placed our order, it felt like ages before the food arrived. When it did, the food was cold and barely edible.
The atmosphere was equally disappointing. The place looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1980s – old, dingy, and completely uninviting. It felt like we were stuck in a time warp, and not in a good way.
Overall, the service was horrible, the food was worse, and the vibe was downright depressing. I won’t be returning to this location and would advise others to steer clear as well.

To be honest, it sounded interesting and tempting enough that I took my family to come and try it out! But what we got was disappointment. The Riblets were so dry and we dont even know if it is really ribs! Then we have portion of how it was served! The moment we entered the restaurant, we already feel that we weren’t welcome from the host to the waitress! Asking for additional sauce and utensils would take up to 20 minutes when the restaurant wasnt even busy at all. And Hygiene! Fork and spoons were both stained and dirty, we not talking about water marks, we can still saw the fat that was still on it.
So if it is worth it to get this deal and dining here, I would say a big NO!
Love their Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp! We paired it with a basket of fries and a spinach and artichoke dip(served with tortilla chips) . While here, I had two Brewtus PBRs(Pabst Blue Ribbon)...these were ice cold! Check out my photos below! Check these folks out!
Ordered salmon and 2 sides. The quantity of the sides were horrible. I did a take out for my dinner, when reached back to my hotel, i found the portion was too small for one persons dinner.
Taste was good.
