How is this place still in business?
First off I would like to say that I'm not a very picky eater and it's very difficult to put me off on food. I decided to try the AYCE boneless wings, riblets, and shrimp for $15.99. I waited for about half an hour to be seated which wasn't too bad. After being seated, I waited another half an hour for a server, mind you this wasn't until I flagged a server down to place my order. After placing my order, I waited another half an hour for my food to come out.
When I received my boneless wings, the wings were cold and did not even taste like chicken. I informed my server if the food can be reheated, the server brought my food back, now at this point, it has almost been 2 hours since waiting for everything. My server came back and recommended I placed multiple orders since they were backed up, so I went ahead and placed an order of riblets and shrimp. The second serving was a bowl compared to a plate which I didn't mind. Now after receiving all three featured items on the AYCE I can safely say you should avoid this AppleBees like the plague. All the food that they served was cold, almost as if the food has been sitting there all day. They didn't even bother to heat it up in the microwave.
The boneless wings did not have chicken in them and were rock hard, the riblets consisted of mostly bone and was burnt but was still cold for some reason, and the shrimp was bland and had absolutely zero crunch them. I am not exaggerating when I say that even my dogs would not eat the food served here.
Now I'm not sure if there was some miscommunication in the beginning when I was seated but the servers may have thought I walked in and seated myself without waiting which was not the case, so the servers decided to make my experience miserable or I was being discriminated against. Do yourself a huge favor and save your time and money. You're better off eating anywhere else. To say this place left a bad taste in my mouth is a understatement. The food is not safe for human consumption and should be investigated by the health department.
Breanna took my pickup order she was so good, so kind, she double checked that my order was completely accurate. she was so good that I turned around and bought something else just so I could give her a $10 tip. I've never been to this restaurant in Redlands however I do love Applebee's I usually go where I live in Montclair. You have an amazing associate and I truly hope that she will be acknowledged she could be a jerk to her employees but she wasn't I heard her talking to them in the back and I know this first hand because I used to be a waitress so I just want to say what an amazing atmosphere that she creates at this Applebee's restaurant and I wanted to say thank you
Always love Applebees, great happy hour specials, weekly deals, deals while the games are on the TVs, and great service. Kristen is so accommodating and make the experience here very welcoming!
I recently dined at Applebee's and was pleased with the experience. The location was nice and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our server, a helpful Hispanic woman, was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. I would like to extend my thanks to her for making our visit enjoyable. The food was delicious, satisfying both my family and friends. Moreover, the prices were affordable, adding to the overall positive experience. Thank you to Applebee's for a great dining experience.
I gave it 4 stars only because it seems like they don't have any different menu items or many. But the good was delicious. The waitress was awesome. Made us feel comfortable.
Not sure about the quality of this place anymore I remember it being really really good and it was always a great experience especially ordering the appetizer sampler. But this last time I went everything was just basic and they didn’t have no more wonton tacos so that was kind of disappointing. Service was OK restaurant was clean there was no parking at all so that was kind of a hassle but besides that I don’t know how to feel about the food. I don’t know if I’ll give it another try maybe if I do it’s going to be ribs nothing else. I did order a Shirley Temple and that was pretty tasty but my food was basic. I ended up going with the cilantro lime chicken bowl and the best thing about it was the rice. Again I won’t be ordering anything else off the menu if I do go back.
I would like to acknowledge my host, my server, and our manager, and also the cooks. They gave acceptional service tonight. Manager Krystal was walking around and observing the front. She checked on our table multiple times. Your host Moon is also amazing. This young man was on top of it checking on tables as well asking if we need refills. Rosa also is amazing! She constantly checked on us and even offered dessert for mine and my husbands Anniversary as we were celebrating with our children. This team and restaurant gave us exactly the night we needed. Thank you!
I ordered take out,parked where i was supposed to,and no one came out. I had to go inside and get it myself and was still expected to give a tip. I give tips gladly when there is good customer service,there was no customer service to speak of at this location.
